Prior to your foot ever leaving the ground… your torso rotates back across the midline creating a fascial response allowing your leg to load tremendous amounts of tension that result in a twitchy, explosive athlete that breaks records.

You can’t cut the corners they nature’s energy moves AROUND.

Whether you are looking to regenerate your body or train to improve performance, time and repetition are required.

The nervous system requires time, repetition to adopt a new firing method and a clear pathway to communicate the information that is leading the regeneration.

Sunsets are never the same. Life is never the same. Your friends change, your locations change, your passions change, your beliefs change, your lifestyle changes, your morning routine changes. EVERYTHING is always changing.

The law of change states that everything is in the process of becoming something else.

Change is the one thing in life that we can be absolutely sure of.

So why don’t we live our lives acknowledging this and initiate change on a regular basis, thus putting ourselves in harmony and rhythm with this process?

Why is change so hard to embrace?

We must learn to be comfortable with change and eventually embrace it.

There are three main factors that are the causes of change in our life: choice, chance and crisis. All three carry power and have their own particular dynamic.

Your feet should point to where you’re headed.

Your hip should rotate TOWARDS where you’re going.

Cut from left to right, pigeon toe the left foot and rotate that hip in to make that cut more efficient.

Mine to me is the most priceless thing on this planet. It serves me day in and day out. It heals, it regenerates, it takes me literally anywhere I ask it to.

How much is your body worth?

The price you pay in aches and pains, surgeries and other medical mishaps due to your body not functioning optimally, is only a portion of the cost.

I understand many people have been told that their body type, size, shape etc. is a genetic gift or curse that they have received from the creator… however the creators gift to you was this life and the ability to do anything with it you wish.

Each of us all have the same musculoskeletal structure. It’s part of being a human. There’s no “oh my legs are too long” or “my doctor says my _____”. There’s just you. And me. And the next person. Our bodies are resilient and willing to go the ultimate distance to ensure our safety.

The shape of our body can be distorted by eating habits no doubt about it. But in the end your body will become a mirror image of what you do the most.

If you sit a lot, your body will show it.

If you powerlift or Olympic lift daily, it’s probably pretty easy to tell.

If you’re a distance runner, we’ll see it in your body’s expression!

You can always change this. You just have to reorganize the bone placement of your body and adopt the movement patterns that organization will reflect.

When you start to move your bones efficiently, your body develops muscle in the most optimal places. The idea of working out for aesthetics doesn’t always have to be body building.

You can get a crazy pump crawling around the floor with a weight vest on or repping squats while never leaving the back chain. Pair this with walking lunges and some iso holds and your abs will get cut up and that hour glass shape that people talk about will appear in no time for you ladies.

How important is back chain access?

It’s about as important as breathing is if you’re looking to stay consistently physically able to do things as a “senior citizen”.

Back chain access can take strokes off your golf game and add years to your life.

This is progression in his swing from being locked up with tight hips/spine to having a smooth swing with the ability to hit the back and front swing with a great deal of suppleness.

Your body was injured because you couldn’t sustain the load that was put on the structure, but the point isn’t to key in on those positions or movement patterns that allowed that injury to occur. The point is to focus on how to build resilience. How to build a long lasting, secure, strong body. This comes by upgrading the nervous system.

You can become more resistant to those pattern of injuries if you uplevel the positions that you are sure to be safe in. It’s not rocket science when you look at the physical body’s design and see patterns that clearly move the tissues and ligaments a certain way and the injury occurs, it’s simple - do more of the positions where the injury DOESNT EVER occur.
