Your feet should point to where you’re headed.
Your hip should rotate TOWARDS where you’re going.
Cut from left to right, pigeon toe the left foot and rotate that hip in to make that cut more efficient.
The heel finishes away, the back of the foot finishes away.
Life is too short to leave things on the table. As a kid I loved to explore, loved to be outside and ride my bike as far as I could as often as I could. I rode that thing everywhere.
Now, I’m still that same kid looking to explore and have those same joys of finding dope places in the woods or even taking trips to see cool places.
Another thing I still love to do is help people. There’s a reason for your body aching or your body trying to communicate to you that something is out of balance.
I can help you learn the patterns, give you the keys to the gate - all you gotta do is drive the car!

You have a gym? Cool.
You don’t have a gym? Great! Make one.
What good is a gym if you can’t even use your body efficiently enough to use the fancy weights and equipment?
You’ll get more from nature over time. You’ll feel better in the sun than you will looking at the mirrors on the wall in a closed in space. You’ll literally get more from just moving your body outside than you will from throwing weights around a gym floor.
Not to say those aren’t useful areas to increase your performance, but make sure YOUR BODY is performing well to begin with.

How do you diffuse the pressurewave?
Add blockages to it.
Mangrove forests protect the coast against wave deterioration by breaking up the fluidity and there for power of the the waves that are crashing on the shore.
This, but our connective tissue… the mangrove forests are the adhesions in our cartilage and joint segments that block the energy flow.
Only difference is we WANT the mangrove forests. We don’t want blockages to the flow of energy inhibiting our joints. Our body is designed to move smoothly and freely, and the more fluidity present the more pressure we can move and withstand.
What do I find interesting about this?
When Lupin (man) becomes a werewolf… Notice the heels come right up out of the shoes?
Yes I understand that this movie is about “mystical” creatures and magic and sh*t… But this matches the same dog you have walking around your kitchen, the coyotes and fox that broke into your chicken coop, the neighborhood cat that people take turns feeding but they don’t really know who it belongs to or where it lives, and it applies to how humans should move force through their body.
The human foot is similar in anatomy to those of the animals in nature, we just began using them differently when our lives became more lackadaisical and comfort driven.
The paw of a dog or cats foot is the “ball” or toe box/forefoot of a human. The more we learn to utilize and develop this area of the foot the stronger and more resilient our entire body will be throughout life. Removing the function of this area sets the body up for imbalances all the way up the kinetic chain.
