What's a PAIN POINT you may ask?

A pain point is a certain area in your desired target market's life that they may struggle with. For example females may struggle a bit more when its "that time of the month" so why not give them tips on things they can do at the gym to alleviate pain but still have a fu*ken KILLER of a workout? 🏋️‍♂️

Posting you doing a workout means nothing at all 😳
Start telling those people that follow you, WHAT you are doing, WHO it is that you are TARGETING 🧌

The difference between ONLINE clients & F2F Clients exists, These two demographics require different explanations. "Correcting" your form may be confusing to some because they might not even know how to achieve that form. Tailor your content specifically and explain as you would in person to someone regardless of their knowledge.

This will get you:
➡️ More reception and understanding of your content
➡️ Higher engagement - More people may save it to review later in the gym
➡️ Questions regarding other exercises
➡️ Helping OTHER coaches explain the problem that they may have with telling their clients

I find a lot of coaches stress with what their “next post” will be and you know what so do I 🦭 it’s a stressful thought of what to do next to provide value.

You know people are going to be drawn to you and your work for “you” not a superficial “you” don’t be that one coach or even person that pretends to be someone they’re not.

No ones interested in that and it’s not going to get you to where you want to be - keep working hard and answering the things that people are curious about. 💪🏼

If your goal is to become famous overnight then you don’t have the right goals, think of a staircase. You’re not going to jump the 25 steps are you? No. It’s impossible, unless you’re spider pig then it’s not impossible. 🐖

Take it step by step and if you miss a step on the way that’s fine, you will find your footing again and keep making progress.

Just like coaches say, the numbers on the scale don’t define your process. Same goes with your Social Media, followers don’t define your process. Take time, Rome wasn’t build in a day and your Social Media won’t be defined by its “one month” achievements 🚀

Yep! You heard it right 😱 You're actually not always in the "Recommended Tab"
This could be getting you some good Organic Growth, by implementing the ONE simple trick 😃

➡️ Follow 5-10 accounts that are related to your niche - directly, so in Fitness find accounts that do F2F and Online coaching. If you train only Females more specifically one that has "Females" in their Headline on the profile.
➡️ Utilise your Headline and use the keywords so that Instagram recognises the similarities and links you with accounts that have those keywords placing you in their "Suggest For You" tab when someone follows them.

Now you're not going to show up in every single persons account but its a damn good place to start to show up in at least 5 different peoples! Unfortunately there is no way to measure if Followers have come from this.... but hey, free growth! 💪

1️⃣ You’re not building a community or connecting with other people in your niche, No one will pay attention to you. Unless you’re Kim Kardashian or something you have no reason to do this

Just because you went viral, once doesn’t mean you’re the next, Charli D’Amelio, it doesn’t mean you will be famous, it doesn’t mean anything at all

The reason we find so many people going viral, and then there Account, dying by the end of it is because they simply went viral for one reason. 🫡

They had a hook. Having a hook at the beginning of each post, will draw your viewers attention and have them wanting more, if you watch a video, usually scroll past after hearing the answer, did you know that it takes seven seconds for someone to decide whether or not they’re going to watch the video. 📸📱
