Warzone 2 is not bad, but not great. Love the new map, but not having much fun playing it. There are things to like about it, but I'm finding I'm enjoying Fortnite Zero Build much more. I also wish Facebook would change the layout of the gaming pages. It just isn't nice to look at. That's why I don't post on it much anymore.

Well here it is. The final report of my time spent playing Warzone. 266 Wins, 1.01 K/D. Apparently, considering my age, all the youngsters say that's pretty good. Above average. Warzone 2.0 comes out Nov. 16. Considering all the issues with the first version and subsequently having to learn how to play the damn game from scratch, I'm pleased with my final results.

Was wrestling with my OBS (software I use to stream) all night due to dropping frames like crazy. Not a CPU or GPU issue, but a networking issue. I'm on Rogers and have 1 gigabyte download and 30 mb upload. You only need about 4 or 5 mb upload speed for a good stream, yet when I set my bitrate between 3000 to 6000, I drop crazy frames. So, I set this one to 2500 and played to test it out. Still dropping frames but only a small percentage. However, I never used to drop any frames, so something weird going on with my network. Anyhoo, I still managed to win this game!

Warzone came out with a new LTM (limited time mode) called Champion of Caldera for solo play. I got killed by this cheater in my first game of this mode. He has wall hacks. And his profile on Activision must be private as I couldn't find him on codtracker.

I played Fortnite again. They took "building" out (the "fort" in fortnite), and it was a straight up Battle Royale game. So I played it for a few days and got a win and beat my personal record. On a side note, I added another channel to my youtube account which will be strictly for gaming vids. Please subscribe to my channel if you check this video out. Thanks!

Top player making a 200IQ play. He saw the enemy was on the other roof from where his loadout is. Then he knew what to do from there. He had a ghost loadout that used a Bren with a thermal scope, and obviously had smoke gr***des in that loadout. Also knew he had time to throw the smoke gr***de to use as cover for himself and he'd be able to line up his shots through the smoke with the thermal scope due to the delay of the loadout box disappearing. Being cool under pressure!

Cheating in Warzone hasn't really been a huge problem for me as I am an average player. I've played with about 4 or 5 cheaters in the last 2 years in Warzone and I think I've been killed by less than that. Cheaters will have a super high kill/death ratio, so my K/D is too low to run into cheaters like the really good players do. And by cheating, I mean blatant cheating. A player will literally pay for/buy hacks. These hacks include aimbot (locking onto opposing players and head shotting them almost every time. There are settings you can tweak to make it less obvious, called the "hit area" I believe.), wall hacks (you can literally see every player on the map as a stick man and how close or far they are from you), you can make vehicles fly, and you can get "god mode", which means you can't be killed. Activision and their developers have brought in an anti-cheat which has made it somewhat better. But nothing is perfect. Then there are stream snipers. These people will watch a person stream their game on Twitch or some other streaming platform and watch their feed while they play and go after them in the game. This is only a problem for the very popular streamers that play Warzone etc. I never have to worry about that! And then there are the rats. These are the people that exploit issues within the game, which is what lead me to write this post. Glitches or bugs that have an affect on the game play. For example, wall glitches. This is what developers call collision issues. It is when there is a spot a player can go to on the map, usually a building, and they can slip through an area of a wall, or a corner and get under the map or under a roof that you shouldn't be able to get to. And then they exploit that glitch and are able to see every player and kill them, without being seen or suffer any damage of return fire. Hence the video I posted. That's a player exploiting a glitch. And now I present why cheaters cheat. As I said on Reddit to this person, "hands down the best explanation." Credit goes to the author, FoundFutures on Reddit.

I used to work in esports in a game that had a lot of cheaters, but typically light bans of a year rather than lifetime ones, so I got to talk to many 'ex' cheats who came back (in reality still would-be cheats in personality, but now playing fair to avoid getting another ban)

They were usually pretty honest about their reasons. And it always boiled down to one thing - they thought they were better than you, cleverer than you, and thus deserved the win more.

Cheating wasn't cheating. It was smoothing out the 'unfairness' in the game that made it so they (the 'better' player) weren't able to win to the degree they felt they deserved. "Snipers are OP and it's unfair when they kill me. If they can't 'fix' the game, then I'm just making it 'fair' again by using an aimbot". That kind of logic.

If you couldn't catch or stop them cheating, then you were stupid, and deserved to lose more as a result. They were just smarter than you by using all the tools available to make the game 'fair' again.

Even good players and pros cheat for this reason too. No matter how high your kd, someone's is always higher. And there's always an excuse as to why that's the result of injustice, not your lack of skill.

So arrogance, ego, insecurity, and spite. Basically childish, deluded narcissists.

Then there's the obvious cheats who rack up 40 kills. They have a similar mentality, but are so bad at the game they tell themselves it's not just unfair they can't win, but that the game is fundamentally broken beyond repair. So they want to burn it down for everyone else out of spite. If they can't have fun, you can't either. If they can't win, neither can anyone else.

They feel like it's some kind of justice because MOMMY ALWAYS USED TO LET ME WIN.

So yeah. Just tiny-dick energy all around. Losers that can't handle that other people are better than them, but also think they're somehow smarter and better and more deserving than you anyway, so think sabotaging or undermining your enjoyment brings balance back to the world.

Cheating in the game makes the world fair if you're a mental infant who can't handle disappointment, or come to terms with not being the best or centre of attention at everything.

I just can't wrap my head around the logic. Never have I ever used cheats in multiplayer or any online game mode. These idiots are ruining the game, but even worse, the developers are hardly doing anything to try to stop cheaters. They just perma-ban a bunch of accounts that are suspect and call that an anti-cheat. They say, "Hey, we just banned 50,000 accounts!". Ok, great, but there are 70 million people playing the game and probably a few million of them cheat, AND have multiple accounts. I don't see how 50k makes a difference.

This is what a Warzone cheater looks like. And he's using a Youtuber's name. The real Badboy Beaman tries to expose cheater's, not become one of them. This person's account has been only active for just under 7 hours whereas I've been playing Warzone legit for over a year or (in hours) just under 1200 hours logged in game. I just finished a game of Warzone Plunder and he was on my team. He got 41 kills and me and the other teammate got 6 each. My kill record is 18. Right now, if you look at his codtracker profile, his K/D is 22.67 whereas mine is 1.01! And the other thing that was disappointing was I discovered a new wall glitch at the airport parking garage, in the lower level. I was getting killed by guys hiding inside the wall. They could see me, but I couldn't see them. And thus is the love/hate relationship I have with Warzone.

I play Warzone pretty much everyday for atleast a couple hours before I call it a night. Weekends I grind it out much more. I really like playing this game and really try getting better at it. Tonight, I finally got my 3rd solos win! Here's the last 3 kills for the win.

So it seems I'm not the only one. DragonForce also had issues with youtube and their guitarist, Herman Li, was also taken off Twitch for a few days for playing his own music, LIVE! This is insane. The RIAA thinks streamers are a bunch of misfits stealing music, when in reality it's just gamers casually listening to music while they play games or chat. There are many other musicians who are using Twitch now, as well.

And due to big streamers that make lots of money off their own popularity, the RIAA think they should either have a slice of the pie or not let the music be played at all. IT'S FREE ADVERTISING! On Twitch, Youtube or Facebook, you literally have, in some cases, tens of thousands of people watching a streamer. Heard of the game Among Us? That game is 2 years old and recently went viral because top streamers were streaming the game. Same thing with Fall Guys. People bought those games because they saw how much fun their fav streamers were having playing them. So, why wouldn't the same thing happen with music? IT DOES! Fleetwood Mac's song, Dreams, re-entered the charts because of a viral video that was using that song. So, they made money! But, the RIAA and other artists don't like that. They think it's stealing because they didn't get paid in the conventional manner and have their heads stuck up Don Henley's ass.

Anyway, I thought I was safe by playing my own music on my stream. It's silly that I am not. This needs to be fixed.

So, while I was on a food break during this stream, I decided to play the Fear Disorder album from a playlist off youtube while I was paused. I come back to a message that my stream was turned off because I was streaming music I "may not own"! WHAT!?! That's my music! My band wrote that s**t! What a joke! The label we were on took copyright ownership of it, it seems, when it was released in 1997.

I end up in a lobby with a dude who asks "anyone got a mic?". I say. "sure do!", then he proceeds to jump where he wants to jump (even though he wasn't squad leader; happens all the time anyway.) and doesn't say a word the whole time! He got 16 kills though! But it was Plunder, so he spent more time killing than collecting money. I like to get kills too, but I enjoy winning more!

And why the hell am I all of a sudden ending up in lobbies with non-English speaking people? You think the developers decided, "who cares if they can't understand each others language? no one talks on mics anyway! Just match their ping!"

And for the people playing without headphones and using a mic or using a gaming headset but still blast the sound through their tv speakers....STOP! I have to mute you if your sound is like that. not that you care, but it makes me think you are the kind of person that parks in someone else's assigned parking spot when you are visiting friends, rather than park in the visitor's parking!

RANT TIME! Haven't posted or streamed in a while! Loving the Halloween modes in Warzone. Zombie Royale is very cool and fun! The game still drives me insane, especially playing with random people. So many just refuse to talk on a mic! And if they do have a mic, they either are complete morons, don't speak English or they have a ton of noise coming through their mic, so I have to mute them! This happens about 90% of the time. And most of my other matches, someone or all teammates just leave the match; it seems to happen when players get killed a lot right at the beginning! Here's a tip, how about you stick it out and get better at the game, rather than be a quitter? Case in point...had another big kill game (15...that's good for me!), and had the other 2 guys not left, we may have won! I played half the game by myself. I was literally about to buy the guy with 2 kills back into the game, but he left right when I got to the buy station. And, again, he had no audio, so I have no idea if he heard me saying I was heading there or not. And this guy also just took off on his own at the beginning. That's another issue; some players just don't want to play as a team! Ok, rant over!

New kill record for me in Warzone BR Solos. 15! I have brought my K/D ratio up from .87 to .91! I won another BR solos recently as well. Didn't have time to stream this weekend as mostly was playing late night sessions and playing with non-streamers too. Should be back next weekend and keeping a tighter schedule. Stay tuned!

Hi folks! Had a great game playing with this father and son in Warzone Plunder Trios. The kid, sounds about 9 or 10 years old (guessing, I didn't ask) and he plays an incredible game with 12 kills to my 6 and his Dad's 2. What a blast.
