NIGERIAN SETS UP FEBRUARY 8TH TO RESUMES CASE OF OUR LEADER MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT ABUJA HIGH COURT-IPOB

The global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our indomitable leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu maintains that the Nigerian Supreme Court Justices derailed and mishandled justice by quashing the appeal court's judgment in Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case. The judgment came to the world as a big surprise. All Nigerians and non-Nigerians have great doubts that the Nigeria Judiciary delivered justice on this matter even as Abuja High Court commences the trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on February 8, 2024. This is following the order by the Supreme Court's minority justice ruling.

The Supreme Court of Nigeria delivered a confusing written judgment against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on December 15, 2023.
That compromised judgment discouraged Nigerians who thought there were independent and courageous men at the Apex Court of Nigeria. It showed that ordinary men can't get justice in Nigeria.

During the Supreme Court judgment on December 15, 2023, the Justices affirmed that it was unlawful for the Nigerian government to have kidnapped and extraordinaryly renditioned Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria. But they still stopped the landmark decision and judgment of Nigeria Appeal Court Justices. They also affirmed that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu did not jump bail, which was the main reason that the Nigerian government broke international laws and treaty of extradition. By kidnapping and extraordinarily renditioning Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they lost all their rights to try him. On what grounds did the lily-livered Justices return the case back to the High Court after Mazi Nnamdi Kanu won the case in Appeal Court? Why will the Justices set aside the judgment of the Appeal Court that discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu but refused to deliver their own independent judgment on the matter?

As much as we believed that the Judges were pressured to read a compromised written judgement to be used against a peaceful freedom fighter and a prisoner of conscience, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, nevertheless they played a smart game. They understood the consequences affirming the illegality of extraordinary rendition by the Nigeria government. That's why they connivilly and unprofessionally sent the case back to the High Court so that the federal government will fulfill their agenda. Pontius Pilate Justices indeed.

The public should take note that the Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed February 8, 2024, as a date to commence what would be a scripted or endless Court case. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be represented at the court by his legal team. But we want to inform the Nigeria government and the international community that IPOB have lost confidence in the Nigeria Judiciary until they prove otherwise.

The Supreme Court Justices colluded with Tinubu's Government to send the case back to the same Judge who has been doing hanky panky with the case in the High Court for many years. It's sad that the Supreme Court Justices will succumb to pressure or inducement and deny justice to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who has been persecuted and detained illegally by the Nigeria State for seeking to exit Nigeria via a legal UN supervised Referendum for an independent Biafra Nation. By the actions of the Supreme Court, it's obvious that they are part of the oppressors and suppressors of the UN and the African Charter on People's Rights to Self Determination.

The international community, the Human Right Organization, and Civil Society groups should be aware that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are being persecuted for peacefully championing Biafra Self Determination by the Nigerian Government, Nigerian Security Forces and the Nigerian Supreme Court.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been detained in a solidarity confinement in Nigeria's lawless Secret Police, DSS, for almost 3 years. He has been denied access to visitors of his choice as permitted by the High Court in Nigeria. He is being subjected to all manner of ill treatments, including starvation, drug abuse, and isolation in DSS solidarity confinement. His health has deteriorated, and he doesn't have access to quality medications and professional private physicians.

Should anything happen to our leader in detention, the Nigeria Government under Bola Almad Tinubu, the Nigeria Secret Police (DSS) Director and personnel, and the Supreme Court Justices that upheld injustice should be held responsible.

Last but not the least, to starve slaves as a punishment in the slave camps.

The mask prevented them from eating or drinking. Sometimes the slave masters would forced an apple (a whole 🍎) into the mouths of slaves before they wore the metal mask on them with the padlocks so that they couldn't talk.
This is how Barbaric the Western world are even till date they continue to displace that attitude our people thought they have forgotten.

BREAKING: “France has decided to withdraw its ambassador. In the next hours our ambassador and several diplomats will return to France,” Macron said.

Macron also announced that France will not only withdraw their ambassador but will end all military cooperation with Niger, noting that the French military will leave in the coming months - essentially before the end of this year.

Reacting to the development, Niger's military council announced in a statement: "Today we celebrate a new era in the path of Niger's sovereignty, as it was announced that the French ambassador and French forces will leave the country before the end of this year." This council considered France's withdrawal from Niger as an affirmation of the determination of the people and a historical moment for this country.

Niger's military council added: “whoever threatens the country's interests and WILL must leave our country whether he likes it or not. Neo-imperialist and colonial forces are not welcome in the territory of Niger.”

Supreme Court Resumes, Set To Fix Nnamdi Kanu’s Court Date – Lawyer

Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, counsel to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has said that the Supreme Court will in matter of days decide the date for hearing of Kanu’s appeal against the Court of Appeal’s verdict stopping his release from the Department of State Service (DSS) custody.

Recall that Kanu had on November 3, 2022, filed an appeal at the Supreme Court against the Court of Appeal’s October 28, 2022 verdict which stayed the ex*****on of its earlier order discharging and acquitting him of all charges and directing his release from the custody of the secret police.

The apex court had adjourned the hearing to September 14 but the date fell within the Supreme Court’s annual vacation period.

Giving an update on the case on Monday, Ejiofor in a statement said that as the Supreme Court formally resumes the new Legal Year on Monday (today), the court will formally commence hearing of appeals next week.

"UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF THE SUPREME COURT HEARING ON ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU’S CASE:

The Supreme Court of Nigeria will formally resume the new Legal Year today, the 18th day of September 2023, as authoritatively confirmed from the Apex Court’s desk. And Hearing of Appeals will formally commence next week.

Recall that our erudite lead counsel, Prof. Mike Ozekhome, SAN, had formally requested for the Court’s approval of 28th day of September 2023 as the new scheduled date for the hearing of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's appeal, following the cancellation of the earlier scheduled date of 14th September, 2023, which unfortunately, fell within the Supreme Court’s annual vacation period.

There is a positive indication that in the coming days, a confirmation or otherwise of the proposed new date will be made public upon our Lead Counsel's feedback.

Our request is simple let this appeal be heard with every urgency it deserves so that the fate of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who has been illegally held in the solitary confinement of the SSS will be determined, having been discharged of all the frivolous criminal charge against him since the 13th day of October, 2022.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has continued to detain him in custody in clear violation of this subsisting Judgment, and Orders of the Court of Appeal that directed for his unconditional release, and consequently, prohibited his further trial before any Court in Nigeria or detention in any custody.

As I have consistently maintained, the wheel of justice may grind slowly, but it will grind exceedingly fine in no distant time.

BREAKING: THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of Nigerien protesters have surrounded the French military base in Niamey, the nation’s capital, demanding that the French leave immediately. Remember that the new administration in the country had given French soldiers till today, September 3 to get out of the country, as should be. But rather than get out, they stayed put on the orders of Macron’s France.

I was careful to advise that we avoid using force but use civil action against not just the army but the stubborn French Ambassador who has refused to leave the country also, even after his visas was cancelled and he was stripped of all his diplomatic immunities - something that we haven’t seen happen anywhere before. And you would think that a body like ECOWAS and AU that say they’re seeking solution, would step in at this time and tell France that what they’re doing is very childish and unacceptable, but no! Everyone let’s France have its way with such gross violations of a sovereign nation’s territorial integrity. Macron, who obviously lives in the rusted, fading colonial past, keeps boasting that without France, Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger would be no more, and that France won’t just let go! Talk about being high on some cheap drugs from Nigeria’s OJUELEGBA.

Shortly after I got the intelligence on what they were planning to do - how they want to use that stubborn Itte guy (the Ambassador) as a set up to initiate military action in Niger, I made a post advising our people in Niger to go slow on physical altercation with these enemies of the African continent. I advised civil action on a scale that the country hasn’t seen before and I advised that it be sustained till they get out. In fact a comment under that post suggested loud music and noise around the occupied locations to smoke out the “stubborn flies.” And what I’m seeing today shows they heeded that advise. Im delighted. And guess what? Shortly after I made that tweet, France went on record to say that any attempt to endanger the life of their “stubborn” diplomat will be met with a strong French military response, in other words, the 1,500 French soldiers now illegally stationed in Niger will start a war in defense of France’s illegal diplomat with zero diplomatic immunity or coloration. What a time to be alive! I knew it and that’s why I warned. That has always been the plan, because they know what they’re doing doesn’t make any sense in the world. But we will still win this and win it big.

Now that our Nigerien people have started the protest action on ground in Niger, I’m urging all Africans on social media to channel their energies to ensuring Macron and his cronies don’t have any rest until they PACK and GO! That’s what the owners of the land are saying and that’s what has to happen. Niger belongs to Nigeriens, not France. Niger is on the continent of AFRICA, not Europe. Somebody please wake Macron up from this bad dream and whisper this into his ears: “Monsieur, le Niger est parti !” (Mister, Niger is gone!)

Those of you who know how to create trending hashtags, come up with them. Let’s start an online version of what our people are doing on site in Niger. It’s gonna be operation and operation or whatever you can come up with. I’ll help to promote it. Let’s see how Macron will deal with this army of angry and patriotic citizens of Niger who want their country back at all costs, from the stifling grip of generational colonial enslavement.

BREAKING: Russia has now put its most powerful and dreadful Sarmat Intercontinental Ballistic missiles on standby, ready for combat.

SARMAT Intercontinental ballistic missile popularly known and referred to as “Satan 2” in the west, is capable of carrying at least 10 nuclear warheads. This is the much talked about missile that can reach virtually any state in the U.S. and is said to have the capacity to almost sink all of New York City or Texas in minutes. It is currently the most powerful intercontinental ballistic missile in the world. This is verifiable. And now, Russia has been provoked enough to actually activate and put these destroyers on standby. So what happened?

The truth is, they’re losing big in AFRICA, they don’t see any serious respite in the nearest future and they know Russia is largely to blame for their losses on the continent, especially in the Sahel region…and to make matters worse, the much talked about Ukrainian counteroffensive isn’t going as planned. Even Ukrainians themselves have admitted this fact. That’s why Ukrainians are starting to almost solely rely on Drone attacks on sensitive Russian locations inside Russia/Moscow.

In the last few days alone, drone attacks in Russia have become so daring that if care is not taken, more sensitive, unbearable red lines could be crossed. In fact, in one of the recent drone attacks, Russians even believe the drone attacks may have originated from Estonia, a former soviet country now a NATO member state. And as it stands, if a NATO member state is confirmed to have allowed drone strikes on Russia from its territory, that’s a declaration of war on Russia by all of NATO and the U.S. and Russia has made it clear that it’s response to a NATO/western attack on its territory will be nuclear. Period! They know this, but they keep crossing the so called Russian “red lines.” Don’t forget the F-16 jets that Russia forbade them to send to Ukraine. Today, F-16s are heading to Ukraine. So, whatever makes Russia mad and brings it into a direct conflict with NATO/the west is welcomed. This is the plan.

At least, if ECOWAS isn’t acting in AFRICA, if their military is caged and can’t do anything at the moment on the continent, the delays and inactivity will wear them out and eventually weaken their resolve, implying their loss on the continent is cast on the stone. So, the best thing is to start something on the Russian axis so a nuclear war is activated, which ripple effect eventually trickles down to AFRICA and pretty much everywhere on earth - and then they can easily seize the opportunity to descend on AFRICA and attempt a military recolonization exercise. Sadly, they can’t read the handwriting on the wall - whether a nuclear war breaks out or not, Africa’s freedom in this season is not negotiable. The people are more ready than the colonial west is willing to admit. For mother AFRICA, it’s truly “Freedom-O-Clock!” And I don’t see anything or anyone changing this.

When the early Christian missionaries searched for the equivalent of the Biblical satan in our African ontology (Igbo and Yoruba particularly) and couldn’t find any, instead of transliterating the word "Satan" like they did to other biblical names, they decided to single out an Igbo and Yoruba reverenced gods (Ekwensu/Esu) and equated them to the biblical Satan (devil) without respect, tolerance and regard for the indigenous Igbo/Yoruba spirituality.

While they came to Igbo land and equated the deity “Ekwensu” to the Biblical devil satan, they went to Yoruba land and did same with their deity “Èṣù”. They did this even when they knew that there was no valid evidence supporting such translation aside from their assumptions.

WHAT THEN IS EKWENSU/ESU

In Odinana which is an established religion in Igbo tradition, Ekwensu is regarded not as a devil but one of the gods acknowledged and revered. In Odinana, Ekwensu is considered a trickster spirit (mmuo/maa), usually consulted for trade and every form of activity that requires bargaining. Ekwensu was also honored by some Igbo communities as one of the Alusi that are benevolent, it was never said to be an adversary, fought war or rebelled God (Chineke). This is unlike the Biblical satan which is described as the devil and an adversary to the Biblical God. According the traditional beliefs in some Igbo communities, Ekwensu is acknowledged as a servant to the Igbo supreme being Chineke, just like other acknowledged Igbo gods. In fact, some Igbo communities went by the name "Umuekwensu". But when the early Christians came, they through and some other scholars who aided the Igbo Bible translation erroneously gave Ekwensu (a revered god by some Igbos) a wrong definition by equating it as the biblical devil (Satan). Thus demonizing and tagging it the devil.

On the other hand, Ìṣẹ̀ṣe is also an established religion in Yoruba tradition, and Èṣù is also one of the gods they acknowledge and revere. According to the Yoruba religion, Èṣù is the Chief enforcer of the natural and divine laws. He is the Deity in charge of law enforcement and orderliness. Èṣù was never an adversary, fought war or rebelled Olodumare in Yoruba cosmology unlike the Biblical satan which was described as an enemy to the biblical God. But when the early Christians came, they through and other Christian scholars who aided in translating the bible to Yoruba equated a Yoruba revered god Èṣù to the biblical devil (Satan). Thus demonizing it and tagging it evil.

Hence, due to the role and influence of the early church in our Education system/curriculum in Nigeria, they were able to normalize these misinterpretations, that even till today, only those who thinks critically and are also well educated in language and history knows and understands these misrepresentations. And even the communities that proudly answered Umuekwensu out of discrimination from the converted Christians and name shaming removed Ekwensu from their names.

Hence, when next you want to preach of tolerance as a Christian, remember this. And if you support or promote such degrading, demonizing and disrespectful translations in your speeches, songs, etc, then you lack the moral right to call for religious tolerance. Religious intolerance is not only when it's against Islam and Christianity. Traditional religions are people’s religions too, and they deserves to be respected too if ours must be respected.

---Meanwhile let us divert to the influence of some of this wrong interpretations on the psyche of our people;

The other day, I made a very unbiased post trying to explain the name Yeshua/Joshua/Jesus with verifiable facts, and some of our over religious brothers and sisters who probably didn’t even read my post well or couldn’t research by themselves were commenting ignorantly.

It’s sad that our people will reject a fact that “Chinazo (an Igbo Name) is linguistically equivalent to the Hebrew name of christ "Yahshua" because it's Igbo, and we don't see our language to be worthy enough for divinity. But these same people will rush without thinking or researching and accept that Ekwensu is same with the biblical satan, even when linguistically and ontologically they’re not.

They whole heartedly accepts a false Igbo translation of Satan to Ekwensu, but rejects a true Igbo translation of Yahshua to Chinazo, which is exactly same as Yahushua.

For these kind of people, only the evil terms, concepts, or beings should exist in Igbo Lexicon and ontology. For them, the Igbo language is unfit to be used in translating Christ’s name, but should be used to translate the devils name even if it’s a false translation.

Pls don't tell us that "Jeso" is the Igbo word for Christ's name. Jeso is only but a transliteration of the name Jesus, and not it's translation (learn the meaning ot transliteration and translation).

Ordinarily, these things do not matter, but somehow, it has some negative effects on the psyche and esteem of our people. We have grown to hate thing that has to do with our culture and see them as inferior or not divine, but ends up promoting their equivalent in other cultures. What then is the definition of self hate and inferiority complex?

We are neither for any religion, we write to let you know that our African heritages are not evil as we were taught to believe. Let's be critical in dealing with our culture and history, and let always respect the religions of others even if we find our own prefered group in the majority or sit of power.

The unguarded attacks and useless petition from a shadow chasing group called Save Nigeria Movement (SNM) against the Federal House of Representatives ad hoc Committee Chairman Honorable Obinna Aguocha for saying the truth regarding the continuous illegal detention of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU shows that the group is clueless. We the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU is asking, "how can challantans form a group to save a dying nation and at the same time promote the demise of the same country through their display of ignorance?"

The Federal House of Representatives ad hoc Committee Chairman investigating the insecurity in some communites in Abia State, Hon. Obinna Aguocha called on the Nigeria Government and its compromised Security Agency, the DSS to release Mazi Nnamdi KANU unconditionally from solitary confinement.
After much deliberation at the chambers on the level of insecurity throughout Nigeria with emphasis on the Southeastern Region, the ad hoc Committee chairman gave the only solution to ending insecurity in the East as the release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU. Hon. Aguocha is a stakeholder in the Southeast and knows exactly the root cause of the insecurity in the Southeast. But for the fact that the Nigeria Government is sponsoring insecurity as a reason to continue illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi KANU, they will use their attack dogs like SNM to attack anyone who calls for the release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU. It is non-negotiable that the Nigeria government must obey the Appeal Court judgments that have discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi KANU. Should the government insist on the Supreme Court verdict, the eyes of the world are on the Nigeria Supreme Court to legalize the International Crime of extraordinary rendition.

Unfortunately, a mushroom group who is oblivious to the meaning of their name, Save Nigeria Movement (SNM), displayed their ignorance and bigotry by casting aspersions on Hon. Aguocha for calling for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU. This Save Nigeria Movement was among the NGOs that the Buhari government founded and funded to do their bidding.
If indeed members of the so-called SNM want to save Nigeria from going into oblivion, they ought to have advised the Nigeria government to obey their court judgements and orders. It will be absolutely impossible to save a nation that violates its citizen's right to freedom and abuse the rule of laws with reckless abandon. Nigeria is a Pariah State and an example of an arrogant Empire like the Roman Empire that is destined to crumble. If indeed the members of SNM are serious in saving Nigeria, they should tell the Nigerian government to respect human rights and the rule of law.

Nigeria is a country where few hungry individuals will form a non-governmentity or organization to become an attack dog for the government in power as long as their pockets are lined with money. This SNM is one of those hungry "hallelujah" boys for the government going by their antecedents. They defended the Fulani agenda of the Buhari
government. Currently, they are constituting public nuisance with their ignorance in order to get money from the current government. They are bankrolled by the government to defend their dictatorship actions at a fee. A bunch of moronic individuals who fight the rule of law because of ethnic bigotry and ignorance. Maybe this SNM are part of those sponsoring the insecurity in the Southeast, and that may be why they oppose the release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU. They know that their criminal "activism" would end as soon as Mazi Nnamdi KANU is released.

IPOB and our leader Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU are on God's divine mission, and nothing will stop the realization of the vision to restore Biafra. SNM can only cash out from the Nigeria government by declaring themselves enemy of IPOB like others. But they should do their cash-out without making their group look stupid before the people. Justifying the disobedience to court orders by the government of Nigeria in the name of IPOB being behind purported insecurity in the Southeast is demining to the group. IPOB is a peaceful movement, and we can't be fighting to free our people at the same time attacking them.

If SNM members are not deluded, they should retract their unguarded statements and petition against Hon. Aguocha. Also, they should tell the Nigeria government to respect her own rule of law by releasing Mazi Nnamdi KANU unconditionally as the courts have declared. By doing so, SNG can save Nigeria if they wish.
