Sorry for the absence of posting information. But the OSINT community has been alive on other pages so no harm is done.
Would like to share some direct information:

I manage about 30+ websites and in the last month, we have seen a huge increase in random cyberattacks from India, Russia, China and US.

We only want to draw to the fact that cyber-attacks are on the rise and we should all take care. Also, a representation of IP's from a country may not reflect the actual location of the attack as IP's are masked with proxies and VPNs.

Indian proxy servers are usually open which means that anyone can sniff for open proxies and use them to attack another server. It's important that although we have our own theories who may be responsible we must objectively deal with the facts.
