For real, the image I share in this short below popped up in an app I used this morning

I didn’t set out to make this the week of “look at bad customer contact/insight” content. I had something else planned for today.

After seeing this, I couldn’t wait.

At least they’re honest. They flat out say “negative reviews…are ignored”
WHAT?!?!?...

AND they say that anyone who leaves a negative review is “not interested in solving their problem”

AND “no sense in answering them”

Holy cow. Seriously. I’ve NEVER in all my Customer Experience career EVER seen anything like this.

What on EARTH will they do with this data?...

I’m sure someone will come up with a report, a dashboard, a chart that shows trends and locations and the like.

How do they know WHY I chose the rating I chose? Do they fix the line length? The product location? The pricing?

What about employees and their interactions?

I learned something years ago at a Disney Institute training event and it’s never left me years later.

Disney does not fix customer issues.

When something happens that disappoints the customer, they don’t fix it.
