[Thursday, June 16th as of 3PM] A Tornado Watch is in effect until 11PM for St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties in NY. Scattered severe t-storms will develop between 4 to 6PM across St. Lawrence County and will then track eastward into the Adirondacks through early evening. The primary threat is damaging winds, large hail, and heavy rainfall with isolated tornadoes possible.
