There are some small but intentional things you can do as a landlord to set the tone for a smoother relationship with your tenant. In this video (90 seconds) I outline 3 simply and effective things you can do to start the rental term with your tenant off to a great start. Tenants are generally more caring of your investment & more compliant if they see you diligently hand over a well cared for property.
