Beat frustration in 6 easy steps
How to find out what you need when frustrated with life, work, relationships etc in 6 EASY STEPS!
1. Get a blank piece of paper, and a pen and WRITE YOUR FEELINGS DOWN. Writing them down help you to articulate them and also listing them helps you progress past the first (and usually most predominant one)
2. Write as much as you feel, and if possible explore the feeling and ask yourself questions as you go along as to why you might be feeling that way.
3. Leave the list for a few mins, maybe half an hour. And then come back to it and read it through
4. Pick out the common themes (usually a top 3)
5. Write down time bound and specific actions to help you achieve them
6. TAKE THE ACTION!
I was feeling incredibly frustrated while at work the other day and I did the above and came out with the following 3 actions:
1. Take a week off work within the next 3 weeks and a month off work within the next 3 months
2. Get another job (preferably one that can be done semi or totally remotely) that earns over £400 net pet week - find within the next 4 weeks
3. Arrange my calendar 4 weeks in advance and allocate 2 (ideally 3) hours of property investing per day - do by the end of the week

This one made me laugh but I think it is a brilliant idea for anyone to go to a relationship counsellor, even when things are going well!
There is always more to learn about each other and you might just walk away with a nugget of information that helps you both grow as individuals and together :)

7 steps to change your life...
Time is so important, so don't waste too much time not moving forward because time will just pass you by and you WILL KICK YOURSELF for not acting sooner!
Top tips if you feel unhappy with something in your life and you feel you might need to change
1. Identify what you don't like/ would like to change
2. Think about WHY you feel that way and WRITE YOUR FEELINGS DOWN
3. Look at what the ideal scenario would be, and see if you can make changes to achieve that
4. Give yourself a timeline by which you will have either fixed the issue, or you will move on
5. Try to make the reccomend changes within the timeline
6. Once the timeline is up (set a reminder on your phone or calendar) and review how you feel compared to the first time you wrote down your feelings
7. If you feel the same or worse as you did before then TAKE ACTION NOW! Look for another job, get out of that poor relationship, move to the place you have always wanted to live!
