Whats coming up next for changes in DBD? Well Looks Like Pyramid Head and The Perk Pop are going to get a slight change.

Pyramid Head:
Nerf -Pallet Loop prevention will be harder, as a Delay is added now to each time you use your power. Mind gaming for a Punishment of the damned at a window or pallet will have a drawback if you decide to cancel your power without using Punishment each time.
Buff- The delay after missing a Punishment of the dammed attack is now less. All Perks of PH are gaining a buff.
Consensus- The delay has swapped places between faking and that of missing attacks. I feel this will be a good change for PH making him more of a tactical killer.

Perk Changes:
Pop Goes the weasel - reducing use time from 60 sec to 45.
Technician - balanced change
Were gonna live forever - Buffed
Thanataphobia- Removed the healing penalty, placing penalty in other parts of game such as unhooking, gen progression, etc.
Slippery Meat - No longer includes bear traps, Increased self hook chance.

Last is the graphics update for the Macmillian Estate. Changes will be on the Player Test Build (PTB) starting Sept 29th.

Patch 4.2.2 is in effect which helped fix some bugs such as super short DS and Pallet stuns on killers, and also for killers the hooking issues.

When two survivors try to go through the same hatch. You get a in game glitch that lets the killer feel hes being trolled and that your hiding.

We were more salty that we couldnt escape and had just finished the last gen, AND WERE THE LAST REMAINING SURVIVORS.

Note: We were expecting No One Escapes Death totem.
Update: Killer wasn't running NoED
