The crucial difference between success & failure, is how well you can stay the course.

We all have or should have high expectations of ourselves. Not just big goals, but many of them. Each week we see more and more opportunities.

What sets The Tortoise & The Hare apart, is the pace and commitment they have for the main goal. The Hare is fast and not too critical of much. Thus why the Tortoise succeeds in many ways. The Tortoise sees further details and beyond the goal post. It sees the mistakes of its competition, and makes adjustments as needed.

In continuation of my last post.

I want to touch more on the landscape of Fitnees/Health and Personal Training in the marketing department.

There’s so many accounts out there on IG and Pinterest and Facebook, it’s overwhelming the amount of content. But it’s all the same content. And when connected with these accounts, the messages in DM are basically copy/paste scripts.

I’ve heard from many of them, that they have great ROI on their Ad campaigns. Which I know is a lie.

To get results these days as previously noted, you’ve gotta do two things.

1: Stop lying to yourselves and potential clients. About everything.

2: Return to the old ways of advertising, marketing and Client Speculation! Do what the top Real Estate Agents do. Use Mailed Postcards in your community. Use flyers at your post office. Get connected with your Local Chamber of Commerce and Tourism boards. Pay for radio ads. These methods have a higher rate of interest. But requires you to be more attentive and creative. Don’t forget product placement/Unique giveaway gifts. The Business card or ball-point pen at your favourite coffee shop. The hotel sized soaps and toiletries placed in unique places, or in partnership with Gyms.

But it won’t look like it does today. Those with a significant footprint on Facebook & Instagram, will migrate over to YouTube and Rumble.

They will also take advantage of any Podcast opportunities they create or join in on as a guest.

We’ve been saying now for years to focus on video content. And Podcasts to build your brand and subscriptions.

As more people are hurt from economic pressures. The Rachel Rae $15 meals in less than 15 minutes, the family Staycation vacation suggestions for less than $1500. That’s what people are going to want to see and learn about.

Are you considering a plane “for hire” business?

Then the first step is to get familiar with your countries Transportation and Aviation Certificates.

For Canada it’s called Transport Canada Air Operator Certificate.

For USA you have The FAA Part Certificate.
Part 135 is a charter certificate.
Part 121 is Airline Certificate.

There is a process timeframe of 2 years for these Certificates.

You may also want to get your certificate for transporting dangerous goods.

Episode 5. Debrief.

This weeks topic is Airlines, specifically commercial flying. The Plane was my earliest interests and remains a strong passion of mine today. So you can know my highlighted points/or advice, comes from an invested interest. Im talking both in written Blog, and as discussed in our Audio Blog. From both a Business and Consumer standpoint.

Firstly. Consumers or travellers alike, just know that there are a bunch of scams, MLM’s (Multi-level Marketing) or Ponzi Schemes out there. They promise discount travel rewards if you play along. These are unnecessary to gain access to discounts. Watch for the ”You Should Be Here” Blue Banner. They are a Red Flag you need to avoid. Listed below are some Youtube channels I highly recommend for both Discount/Ultra Low Cost or First/Business Class Flying.

Secondly. Note that there’s a massive planned shift in Type of aircraft, fuel/energy tech, and service style. Big planes are no more, as the Boeing and Airbus 747/A380 draw to a close. In coming years we will see more of the smaller jets focusing on short hop regional aircraft. The biggest add is in the emergence of Drone and Piloted EVTOL, helicopter like flying experiences. Notable Companies are EVE Air Mobility, a Embraer Company. Archer, and Urban Air Mobility. EVTOL for those not in the known, stands for Electric Vertical Take-off and Landing. Which brings me to the Fuel/technology aspect. The Commuter planes we are used to will run on either SAF Gas (Sustainable Aviation Gas) or Hydrogen Electric. With EVTOL these will run on Battery, and will only do short trips within municipalities. Cab services in the Sky.

Thirdly. There is a return of the Hypersonic commercial jet, underway. This will replace the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, The 777 and the A350 from Airbus. focusing on Trans Oceanic LA to London. NY City to Sydney Australia type routes. you'll want to check out Overture/Boom Supersonic for updates on that.

Having said all that. From a Corporate Business and Entrepreneur standpoint. Speedy reliable on demand service is where to focus. If you are looking at doing a startup in this space. Non scheduled, Charter Flights With a limited fleet is the way to go. Keep the attention on quality customer service, where the customer builds a relationship with the pilots, and owner/management. There’s No need to go big or go home, like in the past. there will be plenty of space for everyone.

In completion, I hope this valuable insight keeps you interested in commercial flying. Rocky but definitely exciting times ahead.

Something is bothering me today, it’s been eating at my gut and heart, for a long time.

I gotta ask the 5 or 6 W’s of how we got the weakened society, we have today.

What do I mean?! Well for many years now if not decades. Millions of people prefer to donate $20 and receive nothing. But won’t pay someone to work, or provide a service, or build a future as a partner.

We are paying as individuals and Governments, for nothing. We are throwing money away, and not requesting anything. We are creating a failed society, by not demanding more from it.

I’ll say that again.

“We are creating a failed society, by not demanding more from it.”

Pay for a product or service. Pay tuitions. Pay for what you use from energy to materials you put on your body.

Then Invest. Invest in your child’s future. Invest in yourself. Invest in a home and maintain it. Invest in your retirement plan. Invest in a business so others like you, or your neighbours, your cousins, your kids all have something to be proud of.

Charity or “UBI” is not helping anyone. It’s a selfish act. When we actually come together, and help one another, even respecting our hustle. We can be a strong , united, unstoppable force!

Cause & Effect pt 2.

As we roll into a new week, let’s get set on a good footing and make positive strides.

As mentioned last week, there are certain indicators needed to build a story. Your story. There was one indicator that I strategically left out, because it deserves its own post. This indicator also needs a good lengthy time to meditate on.

“Why”

This week I want us to dive into our Why.

Why did you become an entrepreneur?

Why are you still an employee, and haven’t built out the ideas you’ve been holding onto?

Why do you believe, that your happiness comes from having children, instead of another form?

Only you know the question of why that’s important, in your self improvement.

Take this week to identify, and Meditate on that Why.

Next week I’d love to hear about your findings, what you were able to unlock.
