Artist Spotlight: ROBBI EM

Robbi Em’s ideal world would be a perpetual party from which they only take breaks to nap and create new music.

As a life-long musician and producer from British Columbia with an unwavering love for syncopated hi-hats, Robbi Em has been involved with thousands of performances. While their style ideally consists of rolling bass lines and energetic percussion, it varies greatly depending on who’s listening. Their only goal as a DJ is to play the best of what their crowd is into. In short, Robbi Em is behind the decks to share a good time with whoever will show up to listen.

This last weekend’s show went so amazingly well. Thanks to all of you who made it out to add to the vibes that just didn’t stop.

Anyway. On to what’s next. As promised, our Halloween event:

Bad House Guests present Haus of the Living Dead!

It will be on Friday Oct. 27th, it’s going to be in downtown Kamloops at Tumbleweed Lounge, and I’ll be playing a set at this one (probably my last one until the new year 😮)

I can’t say much else until Friday, but it’s going to be good. Promise.
