Stuck in the Elemental Plane of fire. Fear no more!

Use Remarkable Creatures of the Planes to improve your D&D game.

If your players want to get out of the plane, surprise them! Add Drama to their escape!

Direct them towards an ancient volcano, Jabal Talaurab.

There they will find a portal to the Elemental Plane of Air. But the armies of the Efreet and Djinn are in constant battle there.

Challenge accepted!
For any who don't know, this is a challenge where you're supposed to create a single room for a dungeon each day for the whole year.
At the end, you will end up with a of twelve levels (one for each month) and with 365 rooms.

I won't post all of the rooms to avoid spamming, but I will share progress every week.

Some magic items for my players.

I realized that a great way to prevent players from forgetting about magic items is to take the time to craft some cards for them.
That way they can always look at them while in battle.

Episode Premiere of "The Inquisitor of Worlds".
In this mini series, we explore the multiverse of D&D and gaming with a more "critical" eye.
The Inquisitor tries to go into every dimension in order to point out the flaws of the rules systems and of problematic players and DMs.
He then tries to correct them, sometimes with hilarious results.

The Wanderer Ep.1 Continues.

On this second part of the episode, the Wanderer has a
revelation that will change how he thinks about maps
forever!

The core idea of this episode is to convey the idea that
maps are not only useful as navigation tools, they can
also be used to create tension and drama.
The maps can be enticing enough to players so they
want to explore it themselves.
Matt has a wonderful example on his maps. One
location reads "Ruins of the Floating Pyramid". Now,
that´s an interesting location if I ever heard of one. So
let's go and explore it.

In this series, we explore the multiverse not only of but of all in order to learn to from the very best.

On this post I wanted to emphasize the importance of borders on maps. Many times we´re only given the map of a region from a completely neutral perspective, as if a detached individual was responsible for creating it.
Matt and I too, argue that in order to maintain immersion and plausibility, the maps should have clear borders (at least to those who know the lands).
This creates maps with more personality. In this manner, you can use a small trick to enhance your maps. You can place adornments or praise to the faction or individual who commissioned the map.
It also immediately gives the players geopolitical context regarding the enemies of the empire or current government where they are now, since the map may point directly at a dungeon or a rival nation.
