Hey guys!! It’s been a hot minute we know … but we’re still here! Even recorded again and hopefully will drop the episode in the next few days.

Some of you may remember us talking about running the Smoky Mountains Half with Vacation races in September this year. Well - that is still the plan. For anyone interested, there will be a price increase on March 14th, so if you know you wanna go… you may wanna sign up now.

Also - we were thinking of possibly doing a zoom call this weekend and/or at the very least starting a thread with those interested so we know who we can hope to see there.

Savannah and I snuck down to Disney thanks to our very kind friends and after a sunrise pic for Donna i went for a run from contemporary to the Poly. Tried for 4, got lost trying to find the path back and only ended with 3.6 but that’s good enough for Kona grits! What’s everyone running this weekend?

Still inspired by Ryan and because my friends have made me sign up for a race every month starting with Space Coast I got 7 miles in this morning and dare say I enjoyed it? So almost a week later from my last one I got back out and did three hill repeats instead of two. Lungs weren’t feeling that third loop and I could hear my super secret celebrity friend yelling at me so I walked a little and slowed down. So far feel good so hopefully this covid crap is leaving my house! Good luck to everyone registering today! There better be an epic yoga mat Disney!
