Happy New Year to everyone! 🎉🎁

As the new year approaches, the SISC IBelieve Newsletter club plans to formally release its 4th issue for AY 2022-2023 before the month of January ends. The Newsletter will contain creative works of various SISC IB students, including news articles of memorable school events that have finally been held face-to-face!

To properly leave a record and properly celebrate these long-awaited events, we plan to share documented photos/videos accompanied by reports of what had specifically happened during these fun and exciting school events.

We kindly ask everyone to look forward and stay tuned for more of our posts:)

With classes having to suddenly shift from a virtual setting to a face-to-face setting, students have experienced various ups and downs. Due to this, there was a long break of adjustment. Thankfully, we are back with updates of what had happened throughout the past months of face-to-face classes! Just like how we are all still trying to achieve good changes and overcome bad changes in life, our theme for this 1st issue centers on reminding ourselves to focus and celebrate growth in all aspects regardless of all the good and bad changes at hand.

Southville IBDP students are ALL welcome to share their own artworks: drawings, writings, etc. as long as the work relates and connects to the issue’s main theme! 😊

This is a 100 % student-led initiative with guidance from our teachers and moderator, Ms. Nina Kanapi. Seeking to promote the voice of the youth for truth, justice, and integrity, every issue has something for everyone from different likings. There is information about what happens in IB, enjoyable articles that will allow our readers a peek into the daily grind of an IB student, a message of love from our dear IB Director, Sir Wraith, best academic works of students approved by teachers themselves, an article on IB alumni, and so much more!
