Summer is here, it is warmer and it is easier to loose our routines.
🌸 It is the perfect time to share with you the schedules a usually used when I started my career. SPOILER 👀 it wasn’t easy.

This post includes 3 different routines, weekends (x2) and week days.
Personally, I love the week days one. I preferred to be 100% during the week and have nothing on the weekends.

I MADE IT!!! BUT now I have a cold sore (seeeee###yyyy) under my nose annoying me and my already annoyed immune system. Anyway! I leave you here a few pictures that I made this morning during a code break.

Today saying that I am AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE with MY LIFE feels like a challenge. Let me tell you how I have managed to rich this point at 33:
- I know life changes so I need to adapt quickly for this you need to know yourself and what do you like and want.
- Life is a cycle, you are at the top today but can be in hell tomorrow, and that is fine.
- I don’t compare myself. I don’t have a 10 step skin routine, I don’t have a 3 hours before work routine, I don’t like matcha late and if I drink 2 green smoothies a day I will not leave the toilet until next year and all that, is fine, I still being cool and gorgeous!
My relationship is not perfect because I am not perfect and he is not perfect but because we know this, we know our worse and embrace our best we are perfect!

Happy Friday all!! Quiet week and beautiful week.
I completed me runs (apart for the long one tomorrow: 24K), I have learned a lot about excel and I have been involved in tones of meetings. We have a special guess this week and I AM LOOKING FORWARD NEXT WEEK AS IT IS BY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

The photo dump is a Call for Authenticity and I am very authentic, right?
Here my last few day: it was hotter than usual, my desk is looking clean and tidy (and yes, this is really I DON’T collect cups, food, etc, it really upset me), I cleaned my plants and added some banana oil, I open the front door an a cat got inside (she was adorable), we made “ramen”(again, we just love it), and I hurt myself trying to fix a frame. Now, Friday nothing special, a quick run, watching Alien (is Friday the 13th), have a beer, tomorrow is long run day, we have a concert at night and Sunday, well, who knows? Love ya!
