I decided to take a stab at black backgrounds. When it comes to editing photos (especially stallions), I prefer a “less is more mentality”. However, I LOVE the look of a shadowy horse against a black backdrop.

Back in May I had the honor of shooting with Cheyenne Barnett & her amazing mare Pistol, “Firin N Stylin”. This team was amazing to watch both in & out of arena. Pistol was a phenomenal athlete, talk about grit & heart!
Their time together was tragically cut short.
My heart breaks for you Cheyenne, keeping you in my thoughts & prayers through this hard time ❤️
