Recipe:
- prepare your ube cream
* 2 tbsp of mascarpone
* 120 ml/ 4 oz of your milk of choice
* 1 big tsp of ube powder
* optionally 1 tbsp of caramel syrup (if you like it sweet)
- add ice to your final glass
- add 90 ml/ 3 oz of your milk of choice
- add the ube cream on top
