This mud mirror work is done as part of a tutorial. The design and color palette is choosen by the trainer. As I love the combination so much, didn't want to change this. This going to find a place on my living room wall. During my stay at Gujarat, I really got inspired by this artform from Kutch. So I just tried to give justice to my learning by recreating this piece of work.

I tried learning the mud mirrt work of Kutch by a tutorial by
She indeed did a great job of teaching this beautiful decor piece with incredibly beautiful Color combo. I personally liked the combo. So I didn't want to change it. This is going find a right place on my to be painted living hall wall. Will update on the work. Mud work is a classical art form of Kutch, Gujarat. Now a days also many offices decorate their walls with this heritage art form. While my journey to places I was quite inspired by the patterns and designs. Later I discovered my Friend conceptualizes this clay work in madhubani giving a totally different look. U can check her page and check out her great research of trying different media.
