The ideal candidate will assist the accountant in principles of accounting.
Duties
• Must have at least 4 years experience as a Bookkeeper within the Motor Industry
• Dealer Management System literacy essential
• BCom Degree | National Diploma | Certificate in Bookkeeping or similar will be advantageous
• Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must have contactable references
• F&I Administration
• Assist in running reports
• Performing other general administrative tasks
• Impeccable client service with professionalism and friendliness
• Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
• Monthly reporting
• Compile and submit files with required documentation to financial institutions
• Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)
• Automotive Software experience
• Tax Calculations is advantageous
• Knowledge of Motor Dealership operations
