Ever since I got back into working out 3 weeks ago I run at least 1.5 Miles everyday before I start my day. I have got really slow and my first week showed. Since covid hit I havent PT tested or dedicated to fitness in 2 years. My best score in basic training was 10:42 for a 1.5 so I'm slowly getting back there.

First Week: 15:48

Second Week: 14:09

Third Week: 12:48

Loving the new Dragon Knight Class (Drakania) on BDO. Her damage, survivability, and some good music is crazy!

Using the double maxed PEN Blackstar weapons my lady helped me get at a 3% chance to do some PVP and using a new class. I love how fast he is and damage from my weapons. If this was Demon Slayer, this guy is my Hinokami Kagura or Fire Breathing User. 😁

Just got done optimizaing and setting up the laptop and adding the extra fan underneath the laptop to keep it cool much better with RGB lights for the extra glow up. It's ready to be delivered to my Lady for her gaming needs 🤗

When I don't want to Heal and Support to do my solo content or if we have a support already I switch to my DPS Paladin Build. The build makes him go slow to faster and faster.

Lost Ark has a mode that's 100% a Monster Hunter Clone lmao.

With the release of Lost Ark I'm enjoying it. I like the Engraving I put on my Berserker to stay in Rage Mode forever but at the cost of putting my health at 25% as the limit even with healing but it also makes me 65% more tanky so its a double edge sword and I enjoy the risk for the reward. 🤔
