CMU MASTS 2023 MLBB WOMEN Screening Tournament Registration

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Previous Sem Academic Load (Equivalent Passing Percentage)
12 Units (100%)
13 - 18 Units (70%)
19 - 30 Units (60%)
Only graduating students are allowed less than 12 units

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Academic
-CoR for the Current Sem
-Copy (Screenshot) of Grades from Previous Sem

Team
-Each Player must be at least Legend III or above (Mythical Honor / Mythical Glory) as of Season 27
-Slot priority is given to those teams that comprises of Mythical Honor / Mythical Glory members.
-Preferably with tournament experience.
Use ACTUAL accounts. NO SMURFING / SHARED ACCOUNTS ALLOWED. Anyone caught violating will be disqualified.
-Registration is BY TEAM basis. NO INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS.
-Only the designated Team Captain will fill-up the form for the team.
-Be sure you are using your Institutional Account. Failure to do so will invalidate your entry.
-Submissions are only accepted until 08/15/2023 5:00 PM ONLY.
-Confirmation message will be sent via the team captain's IE if their team qualifies the screening tournament
