Greetings friends, family, fathers, and mothers, with a heavy heart and tears I'm pleading for help .. I have been diagnosed with kidney failure.
Please I am asking for financial assistance from you. I have been going for dialysis and it's been done twice weekly and the financial support to carry it consistently is not available to me anymore.
Please I am pleading, the part of my legs where it been done are getting weaker and I need to fix the permanent neckline for dialysis to reduce the pain.
