We have completed 25% of this challenge!! Let's have a mini dance party! *Dance Break* But dang - we have done 25 damn days of this and I am not dreading it day after day. Today I did jog 110m - there is a funny story about math before coffee. Also, I have been added more stretching and massage into my daily self-care routine.

But no matter what - I am a runner - regardless of how fast or far I go. That is my new label, my new identity, my truth!

Over the next 100 days, I will be doing the One-Punch Man Challenge. This is the twenty-fourth of 100 daily vlogs as we document our fitness journey and the process to becoming a one-punch woman and man!!

TL:DW - Today I started off with a jog, which turned out to be a terrible idea. By the time we were in the park my legs we killing me. After a brief stop to massage out my calves we ended up calling it early and headed home. But the was not the end. We did make a point to get back out for the final 1.3kms to make our 4km day.

TL:DW - Today I worked on being mindful to correct my foot form and placement. I also did more research about what it means to have your feet turn outward when you walk. I was so worried it was irreversible - but that is not true, I can and will fix it.

Over the next 100 days, I will be doing the One-Punch Man Challenge. This is the twenty-second of 100 daily vlogs as we document our fitness journey and the process to becoming a one-punch woman and man!!

TL:DW - It takes 21 days they say to set a habit -- well we made it to day 22. I guess the habit is set that we are morning people, who work out and go for runs! This challenge is ramping up but we are still pushing forward. I am trying hard to do everything I can to become a runner (regardless of my speed or distance). Today was my best avg pace and my best 1km time so there is that.

TL:DW - Toss the confetti - we have completed day 21, which means we have done this for 3 weeks. I have learned so much in the last 21 days about myself and about what I am capable of. I am proud of what we have accomplished, and I am hopeful to see what the remainder of this challenge teaches us.

TL:DW - And just like that we have finished 20 days of this challenge - OMG. I am so happy about all that we have accomplished. Today's video is a bit shorter, but it is a Saturday and I have a lot to get to today!

TL:DW - Yahoo another day is complete. We only have 81 more days to go. We had a good day with the jog - no pain for me and minimal for Alex. Hopefully, a few more walks and some foam rolling and we will be able to jog and run soon.

TL:DW - Yahoo another day is complete. We only have 82 more days to go. Alex is still suffering from his knee pain - so I have a walking buddy for the foreseeable future. I hope his knee heals soon.

TL:DW - Today I needed more rest, so I took a personal day and got some much-needed sleep. We have noisy neighbours. Alex and I did our fitness challenge at separate times today. But we both still got them done.

I am still suffering from some shin issues and but I made a point to walk the first portion and jog as much as I could at the end. I have the best 1km pace so far, and I am ecstatic.

TL:DW - There was no break in the weather today - it was cold and gloomy. That did not dampen our moods. We soldiered forward and got our workout and run done. We both had some hurdles today with the situps, they are starting to test us.

I am still suffering from some shin issues and but I made a point to walk the first portion and jog as much as I could at the end. It resulted in an average pace of about 12 minutes. It definitely could be better, but good is better than perfect.

Over the next 100 days, I will be doing the One-Punch Man Challenge. What the heck is that you're asking? Watch the fifteenth of 100 daily vlogs as I document my fitness journey and the process to becoming a one-punch woman!!

TL:DW - We started off week three like week one... just as cold - but the distance is longer. Both of us forgot our gloves which was bad planning on our part, but we made it through. Cold weather running at longer distances does really take something out of you. I did contemplate calling mid-way to be picked up because I thought I might turn into a block of ice.

Ramping up to 30s of the pushups, situps and squats were not terrible, but we both struggled with the situps at parts. I am still suffering from some shin issues and I will need to look into how to alleviate that pain or I might not be able to jog or run.

TL:DW - And just like that we are done with week 2!! *toss confetti* I am so proud of what we have accomplished and I feel we can continue to ramp up. I am excited for week three to see how that goes. We will have to find a new route to account for the extra kilometre. And hopefully, Alex's knee pain will go away soon.

TL:DW - We have completed day 13. I am feeling good - but Alex is feeling some significant knee discomfort. We are going to look into what we can do to resolve it as soon as possible. Plus I mention the benefits of rest and how I am looking to set a night routine.

TL:DW - Ya-freaking-hoo!! We have completed day 11. We are one day closer to being done with this challenge. The weather was gorgeous today - a balmy 13*c in March. And we had some extra spring in our step. Both of us are hitting the stride with running in the morning and becoming morning-ish people.

TL:DW - Today is day 9 -- and it sucked. Well, the jog/walk sucked. I teared up and or cried 4+ times today and a few times are in this recording. It even hurt to edit this - because those feelings are still raw, just as my heels are. I did pick up some more blister bandages and new running socks and I am hoping tomorrow will be a better day.

TL:DW - Today is day 8 and the beginning of week two! It was a snowy start to the day and we both struggled to push through the added reps. We are both looking forward to seeing how we progress. I am also suffering from some wicked blisters and need some advice about how to resolve them ASAP.

TL:DW - Today is day 7 of my one-punch man challenge and the completion of week one! In short, we both feel amazing. We have accomplished so much. I am learning that I do not need to compare myself to others and go at my own pace. That is a good lesson for life. Tomorrow we amp up to the next level.

I picked up a new piece of tech which I discuss in the video - but I purchased the GoPro Hero7 Black and today was the first day using it. Wow - just wow. The quality is pretty awesome. I also picked up two accessories a new cage for the GoPro and a mini tripod. Those two I will test out tomorrow - as Amazon showed up mid recording.

TL:DW - Today is day 6 of my one-punch man challenge, and it's all starting to jive. We both are feeling better and stronger in the situp, squat and pushup sections. Plus the run is getting easier. This is a good thing because on Monday we amp up to the next level. We are also becoming morning people who like to run!

MORNING RUN BENEFITS
- you get out of your comfort zone = grow as a person
- forces you to sleep early (not yet)
- more energized, less tired
- improves your mood (it really does and i love it)
- have a reason to go out and enjoy the weather
- you can run ANYWHERE (for the most part)

Over the next 100 days, I will be doing the One-Punch Man Challenge. What the heck is that you're asking? Watch the fifth of 100 daily vlogs as I document my fitness journey and the process to becoming a one-punch woman!!

TL:DW - Today is day 5 of my one-punch man challenge, and I may have had a small pity party. But I snapped out of it pretty quickly and got to the workout. Plus I made an executive decision to prolong the ability to do this challenge to walk today. The running blister on my right heel is something fierce and I do not want to hurt my foot to the point of quitting.

One-Punch Man is an anime and it tells the story of Saitama, a superhero who can defeat any opponent with a single punch but seeks to find a worthy opponent after growing bored by a lack of challenge due to his overwhelming strength. His strength came from a daily workout of 100 situps, 100 pushups, 100 squats and a 10km run.

This will be my daily vlog of those 100 days to greatness and documenting what this one punch man challenge is in real life.

Over the next 100 days, I will be doing the One-Punch Man Challenge. What the heck is that you're asking? Watch the fourth of 100 daily vlogs as I document my fitness journey and the process to becoming a one-punch woman!!

TL:DW - Today is day 4 of my one-punch man challenge, and we crushed another run time. Today I shaved an additional 40+ seconds off the time from yesterday and 1.5 minutes from Monday's time. I am feeling like I am on cloud nine. But our morning started off very sluggish we finished both feeling like champs.
