The gust front ahead of the storms (that little blue-green line) produced 37-40 mph gusts at Clarksville's Outlaw Field between 8:40-8:52 PM. It also cooled the temperature from 88 to 73 degrees!

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is now in effect for parts of west KY until 9 PM. This includes Todd, Christian, and Trigg, and Muhlenberg counties. A watch may be issued for parts of Middle TN later.

PLEASE SHARE: Our northwestern and Southern KY counties are under a Slight Risk (level 2 out of 5) for severe weather. This is because of thunderstorms that will try to come in through the rest of the evening. Dry air over the Mid-State will make these storms fall apart quickly. Make sure to stay weather alert.
