One way to level up your money is by increasing your assets. Both business and personal.
An asset is anything of value or a resource of value that can be converted into cash. Individuals, companies, and governments own assets. For a company, an asset might generate revenue, or a company might benefit in some way from owning or using the asset.
Personal assets are things of present or future value owned by an individual or household. Common examples of personal assets include:
💵 and cash equivalents, certificates of deposit, checking, and savings accounts, money market accounts, physical cash, Treasury bills
Property or land and any structure that is permanently attached to it
Personal property including boats, collectibles, household furnishings, jewelry, vehicles
*Investments including annuities, bonds, the cash value of life insurance policies, mutual funds, pensions, retirement plans, (IRA, 401(k), 403(b), etc.) stocks
Your net worth is calculated by subtracting your liabilities from your assets. Essentially, your assets are everything you own, and your liabilities are everything you owe. A positive net worth indicates that your assets are greater in value than your liabilities; a negative net worth signifies that your liabilities exceed your assets (in other words, you are in debt).

ITS FRIDAY! Here are a few tips to keep you motivated! Happy Showings💜
✨ The “sales” mindset sometimes can be impersonal. You want to build a genuine relationship with your client(s) to make the experience for both of you beneficial. Don’t focus on just making money and doing whatever needs to be done to close a deal. Listen to them, be informative & be patient. At the end of the day it is their home and their decision. Be there to support and educate them throughout the process.
✨Having a plan for your business is 🔑. Get a white board, write down your vision, build and rebuild your systems. Make sure you create a budget and stick to it. You do not want to spend more money than you are making.
✨Everyday you come across many ways to promote your business. Keep your business cards on you at all time and don’t be afraid to throw the fact that you are a real estate agent out there. You never know who can be your next client or who knows someone who may be interested. Leads =💰
✨Once you get someone who has shown interest make sure you keep in touch. Life is unpredictable. They may have not been ready to move at that exact moment, but in a few months things may have changed. Always keep those relationships close.
✨ Knowing your service area is a big part of being an agent. Your clients need to believe that where they are looking to move is the best area for them, their family and future. Keep up to date with the news and proposed developments in your area. Highlight the life that they could live in that city/town.
✨ The most important tip is to be prepared to hustle. To make money you have to get out there and go get it. No one can get it for you.

✨This is the good ol’ fashioned way! In order to save money fast, you’ll want to consider finding ways to cut expenses from your budget while also adding some extra income on the side.

✨ If you a blessed enough to have family or friends who can help fund your dreams then count it as cash.
