On Wednesday 12/1/21 at about 3:56pm, Kingston Police responded for a report of a car struck by a train at the Smith Ave crossing. Initial investigation showed that a 1996 Jeep Cherokee operated by a 29 yr old Saugerties woman was travelling on Smith Ave in a south-easterly direction. It is apparent that the railroad crossing gates were completely down for an approaching northbound CSX on the mainline when the Jeep went around the gates and was struck on the passenger side by the lead engine. Both occupants of the vehicle were entrapped for a period of time. Jaws of Life equipment were used by Kingston Fire Department to free the occupants. The female driver was treated at the scene for relatively minor injuries and transported to St Francis Hospital. The passenger, a 39 yr old Ulster County man was transported to Kingston Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. Investigation is continuing into this accident

Dianna Brice, 21 years old, 4'11", 190 lbs. She was last seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt, black sweatpants, and Ugg slides which are pink/blue/yellow in color. Dianna has a black heart tattoo on her right hand. She was last seen near Baltimore Pike in Upper Darby. Please share and reach out to us with any information.

Alicia was initially reported missing by her family after having last been seen on Friday, March 19, at the Walmart in the Village of Catskill. Alicia had been living with roommates at Catskill Motor Court.

A week after Alicia was reported missing, state police released a photo from a security camera showing Alicia inside a Stewart's Shop in the Village of Saugerties on the morning of Saturday, March 20. They added that Alicia may now possibly be in the City of Kingston area, which is a nearby town.

Alicia is 5’6 and about 160 lbs, with green eyes and dark hair brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket and dark camouflage pants.
