Cheese, queso!! (The drug you didn't know you were addicted to)
This was one of the biggest challenges for me in transitioning to fully plant-based vegan, because I loved foods like pizza and even just cheese as a snack.
Little did I know at the time, there was a psycho-biological reason it was difficult for me to give up.
It's been proven that it is addicting to humans.
The good news is, it's a process...but you can not only let go of this addiction with discipline, there are many vegan cheese options available today that melt and taste just as good as dairy cheese.
These are made from milks like cashew milk or oat milks usually, and they make it easy to enjoy your favorite cheezy foods you love.
Once you detox animal products out of your body and mind, your taste buds will even change so you won't be bothered by any difference in the flavor or taste of these healthier plant-based products.

The energy, the health, and the frequency/consciousness upgrade of being vegan is worth the temporary sacrifice and challenge to change.
