Rest as much as you can, CEO ❤️

People often think that in order to be successful, we need to always be doing things and pushing ourselves. This way of thinking leads to being too preoccupied, stressed out, and even burnout. I know because I've been there.

How can we truly be our most productive and successful selves when we are consistently existing in negative low vibrational emotions, such as these?

I used to see rest as a reward. I would only allow myself to take a break once everything was done. And things happen. I get sick often, which makes me feel less motivated and more lost.

To be successful, you have to make good use of your time. Getting rid of habits and things that don't help you and are just a waste of time. And once we've changed our habits and only put our energy into the things that really matter, we'll see that there is plenty of time to rest.

Don’t get stuck in the hustle culture! You are here for a mission, yes. But you need to learn to rest first if you want to get things done.

Happy weekend everyone! Take some time off this weekend. Don't feel bad about it! You deserve it ✨

Think less about marketing and more about building relationships. 🌿🤍

Most business owners fail to recognize that running a business is about more than just making money. Money is simply a byproduct of effectively communicating with and building relationships with your audience.

Knowing how to listen will inspire your audience to do the same. If you and your target audience are on the same page, it will be easier to communicate with them and for them to understand what you are saying.

And once you've established a strong relationship with them, they'll open up to you, show you their vulnerabilities, and possibly ask you to help them solve the problems they're facing. That is why having empathy is so important. It's easy to be so proud of what we're capable of doing that we lose sight of the fact that it's not about us, but about how we can help them.

So the main takeaway here is that in business, we need to focus more on building relationships. It will benefit you more in the long run.

Followers are just numbers if you are not building a genuine connection with your audience. ☁️

Have you ever heard someone say something like, “I am nothing since I only have 100 followers.” or “I am famous! I have 100k followers!”

True, the more followers you have, the more people you can reach, but do they remember you? Have you ever done or said something to help them or to make them feel heard, loved, and valued?

✨ You will be remembered no matter how many followers you have if you reach out to them, spread positivity, and are eager to help and listen. This will always be true, whether it is about marketing or not.

Let’s make Social Media a safe space for everyone. One that is full of learning and positivity rather than vanity. ☁️🌿

Good vibes only?

Toxic positivity is the concept that people should keep a positive attitude no matter how tough or challenging a circumstance is. It's an approach to life that focuses solely on "positive feelings."

We all know that having a positive view on life is beneficial to one's mental health. The problem is that life isn't always positive. We all have to deal with difficult feelings and situations. Even if those feelings aren't pleasant, they're significant, and they should be felt and dealt with, honestly and openly.

Give yourself permission to feel your feelings. Instead of trying to avoid difficult emotions, give yourself permission to feel them. These feelings are real, valid, and important. They can provide information and help you see things about a situation that you need to work to change.

This doesn't necessarily mean that you should act on every emotion that you feel. Sometimes it is important to sit with your feelings and give yourself the time and space to process the situation before you take action.

So, when you're going through a difficult time, think about ways to give voice to your emotions in a way that is productive. Keep a journal in which you can write down your thoughts. Speak with a friend about it. Seek help from a therapist. 🦋🧡

Let’s talk about it. 🧡🤗

Although mental health is still a taboo subject for many people, progress is being made. Mental health is more prominent in the public mind than it has ever been, and there have been light of developments in opening up the discussion compared to previous years. ❤️

Our Mental Health Professionals, individuals, and public health campaigns have all helped to encourage people to speak up. 🤗

Mental health is important. Recognizing it is a good start. However, we must also take action. 🦋❤️

Let us contribute by spreading awareness of the importance of mental health and assuring people who are suffering that they are not alone. ✨

Do you create content in batches? 💻

Do you ever feel pressed for time when it comes to creating content? 🤔

Or perhaps you intended to create content, but life got in the way and you forgot?

What if you could eliminate the stress of content creation by having content ready to go every week? 😱

Rather than rushing to produce new content on specific days of the week, batching entails producing everything in one day or sitting. 🧡

This way, if things get too chaotic, you won't have to worry about whether or not you finished your post for the day. 🥳🎉

Do you have any other ways for batching your content? We’d love to know. 😊

Therapists are healthcare professionals and should be treated as such. ❤️

Before, I was afraid to talk about mental health because of the stigma that anyone suffering from mental illness is insane.

It took me a long time to face the fact that mental health is a form of health that requires attention and is not anything to be ashamed of.

That is why I am so committed to helping therapists and advocating for mental health. I'm tired of seeing them undervalued. I'm fed up with people telling me that having mental health problems is a curse.

Mental health is beautiful and is normal. 🧡🦋

I hope for the day when mental health and the profession that revolves around it are both respected. 🧡✨
