If your struggling to manage your time and find yourself doing a lot of “busy” work this is for you.

Start with your most important tasks first thing in the morning. If your planning your next challenge, brainstorming your strategies for growth or creating a new offer tackle it in the morning when your mind is fresh and not cluttered.

If you want to know the one thing that will eat your time during the day it’s constantly checking your e-mail. The sweet spot to check emails is 3 times a day.

The Pomodoro Technique is great for having 25 minutes of interrupted time to complete tasks in your business. Then it’s followed by short breaks to let you recharge before moving to the next task.

Start tracking the tasks in your business for one week. What are you spending a lot of time doing? Do you enjoy these tasks? If not, you can outsource these tasks and regain your time back.

Are you focusing on revenue generating activities for your business? Each day should be set up with intentions to move your business forward. Don’t spend hours scrolling through Instagram reels if it’s not important to your business goals. Planning your day will help you stay focused on what’s important.

When I first got started in business, I didn't quite realize how much work you have to do on the backend of your business or the hours it would take to do it.

After a few months I realized I was spending hours and hours of my precious time doing ALL the THINGS…

I was spending time writing responses to HUNDREDS of emails every single day.

Chasing payments or forgetting to send out the invoice on time. 😩

Going back and forth with my clients trying to arrange times for our clients calls.

Creating proposals to send out in 24 hours or less.

Not to mention… Chasing clients to sign and return my contracts.

The list went on and on...

I needed a system in place to support me.

Here are some ways to save time:

✅Set Goals
Each morning, write out a detailed to-do list of the things you want to accomplish that day.

✅Create a Plan
Figure out when and how you’ll accomplish each item on your daily list – will you need help, supplies, etc.?

✅Prioritize by Importance
It’s inevitable that sometimes you’ll have to cut items off your to-do list, so decide early what the most important items are and prioritize.

✅Hire a OBM
OBM’s can manage your day to day operations. If you’re ready to focus less on the things you don’t enjoy and more in your zone of genius consider delegating those tasks to an OBM.

✅Utilize Automation
Software like Asana offers your team a way to communicate in groups, set deadlines and share and edit files without having to keep up with several different email threads.

Great leaders cultivate leaders throughout their organization. As a leader you should never want people to come to work doing the same tasks, investing in their growth is important to your organization.

In deep conversations last week with my husband, I was sharing a few things with him that I wanted to accomplish over the next 24 months. As I was combing through all the things I saw in my future I began to think about my life and the direction I wanted to go. I literally was fighting back tears... Here's why! I know it's possible, I know what it takes, and as Eric Thomas stated, "you have to want it more than your next breath". I literally said it out loud 3 times!! The watery eyes were because the truth is... The only thing that's holding me back is "Me". So today, I give myself permission to move forward and start the adventure of living my best life. I'm ready, I'm equipped, and I was born to be the best version of ME. Period.....
