Physical: Taking care of your body for optimal health and functioning.
Emotional: Having a strong sense of self that supports your ability to recognize, share and be kind to yourself as you experience a wide range of emotions.
Financial: Living withing your means and learning to manage your finances for the short and long term.
Social: Building personal relationships with others, learning to deal with conflict appropriately and connecting to a positive social network.
