Josephine Nambuya scoop October best player in Uganda women Elite league football.

The Kawempe Muslim ladies football club goalkeeper showcased an eye catching performances where she produced four clean sheets in four games during October month.

The Kawempe Muslim stoppershoter was awarded with an accolade coupled worthy 500,000 UGshs courtesy of women elite league sponsors-Finance trust Bank.

Josephine Nambuya is a senior five student at Kawempe Muslims secondary school and a debutant of Uganda's first degree league of women football.

Mbale Garage confirms the acquisition of Edgar Bworgi Sharp as New Head-Coach replacing nasib Ndita.

Edgar Bworgi sharp owns Caf C coaching qualifications as well as diploma in football Administration commonly christened as FAMCO one.

He replaces Nasib Ndita who guided the Mbale mechanics to The Eastern regional league primarily playoffs though they lost to Busei United from Nile group.

For starters,the new Headtrainer-Edgar Bworgi is in the class of Mbale birthed players who played football in Uganda's topflight league thus Express fc and Maroons fc respectively.

Kataka FC skipper-Namaisi Stephen in the final 20-man squad of Uganda Hippos preparing for Afcon U20 zonal qualifiers to be hosted in Tanzania.

The Uganda U20 Hippos were pitted in the same group with Ethiopia and Burundi respectively.

The tournament will kickoff on 6th October to 20th where the winner of zonal qualifiers will automatically qualify for U20 Afcon 2025 championship.

The multi exporters and Buyers of Bugisu Arabic Coffee-BCU contributes 5millions towards Mbale Heroes fundraising dinner.

According to Mbale Heroes media outlets, Bugisu cooperative union through the entity SCR programs contributed 5millions shillings towards the club fundraising dinner slated for today evening at Hotel Afrikana.

The Coffee mega Buyers-BCU joins Stanbic bank(5m) and state Minister for youths and Gender-Balam's generosity of 1m as the latest on the contribution roaster prior to ongoing fundraising program.

The Uganda premier league newbies-Mbale Heroes have embarked on preparations for their return to topflight league following their 16-years absentism.

According to my impeccable sources, Mbale Heroes fc has reached an agreement with youthful midfielder-Davis Sekajja.

The 23yrs old blocking midfielder-Davis Sekajja formerly with Bombo Barracks Army side-UPDF has signed a one year contract Agreement with surgeons.

The free agent young prospect joined UPDF from Villa sports club during the January transfer window where he produced an impactful performance that helped UPDF from sinking into relegation.

Davis Sekajja started his football development with Bright stars where his performance and maverick talent attracted interests from U20 National team charges where he featured in U20 CECAFA championship.

Mbale Heroes fc have embarked on marquee recruitments to beef up their squad ahead of their return to Uganda premier league following the 17years absentism.

Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has received 66,260 soccer Balls from FifA.

The Balls will be distributed in primary schools in all Regions of the country with Aim of giving opportunity to children below 14 years to play football.

The Ministry of Education and Sports will partner with FUFA during the distribution process of the Balls.

The Consignment of soccer Balls was received by Fufa Excom member in charge of football Development-Ali Mwebe.

Busei United edge out Mbale Garage to emerge champions of Eastern regional league 2024.

The Mbale Garage early goals courtesy of double licensed winger Aka Markus and Eric Wabuzibu in minutes 10 and 29 respectively weren't enough to secure for them positive results against Nile group champions-Busei United at Mbale stadium.

The Iganga based soccer side-Busei United rallied from behind(2:1)to produce a commanding performance in second stanza that saw them grind victory in five goals thriller(2:3).

Busei United will now face North East champions-Myda fc in a double leg, home and away fixture where the winner will automatically qualify to Betpawa fufa big league 2024,25 season.

Congratulations to Mbale Elgon wolves for earning a promotion in Uganda's topflight Rugby league.

The mbale based Rugby team defeated Kigezi silverback by 29:15 at Kabale municipal stadium to earn a status in Rugby topflight championship.

Elgon wolves commonly christened as Amba Isolo boys join Victoria sharks as the duo Rugby sides who have earned grades in Rugby topflight championship.

Updated table standings of Betpawa Fufa Big league 2024.

Police fc maintains table leadership while Lugazi and Kataka are just four points shy of summit leaders.

Kataka host Kaaro Karungi on 28th at Mbale stadium while cops visit Akibua memorial stadium against Blacks power, Lugazi on the road against Onduparaka fc at Green light stadium respectively.

The top three teams at the end of the tunnel will automatically gets promoted to Startimes Uganda premier league while four teams that finish under the drop zone get relegated to fufa 3rd Division league.

Splendid Birthday regards to Badru Mugulwa also known as 'Papa'.

The birthday boy-Badru Mugulwa has established himself as an industrious football manager who has managed many clubs in Mbale at a level of both amateur and professional stage.

Papa as commonly christened started his football managment career way back in 2016 with defunct Melta soccer Academy that was based in outskirts of Mbale city thus Malare, that eventually rebranded into defunct Nolton |Timber fc.

At a professional horizon,Badru Mugulwa has been at the Helm of both two Mbale based clubs featuring in fufa Big league in managerial position.

Despite Kataka fc being engulfed with challenges that were majorly ignited by chaotic scenes during their game against Kyetume fc at Mbale stadium,two seasons back,the Lufumbi Boys have managed to redeem and position themselves for promotion slot.

The tickets for the mouthwatering Mbale city derby will go for 10k catered for ordinary and 20k for VIP while kickoff time will be 4pm at Mbale stadium.

Nakaloke Garage football club have announced the Acquisition of utility coach-Ismail Twallah on their technical roster.

The journeyman coach-Ismail Twallah who was initially paraded as head coach of Livingstone University|Bungokho South ,shockingly has been unveiled as the new head-coach of Nakaloke Garage earmarked to replace Yasin Kulambile.

His first assignment in the line of duty will be against fellow relegation candidate thus Black panther,today at Mbale stadium.
