Day 1: 60g water and flour
Day 2: do nothing
Day 3: discard half of starter and put in 60g water and flour (can do a less than 60g if you want less starter)
Day 4-7: repeat day 3 after you see the dome shape deflate
Usually 7 days is plenty and then from there you can put it in the fridge and feed it the day before baking. Probably not the “perfect” way to do it but it’s always worked out well for us 🍞

This will sound overly simple, but if you follow along with @kylielandis you’re going to see it really is this easy.
1. Get into the Amazon influencer program. You do NOT need a following at all to do this and I’ll walk you through step by step on how to do this.
2. Submit three simple 30-60 second review videos to Amazon or ANY product you already own that Amazon sells
3. Once those three videos are approved start making 30-60 second reviews on EVERYTHING you own that is sold on Amazon
4. That’s it! You only post these videos to Amazon and they will put these videos on their product pages. When someone watches that video you earn commission on their purchase.
