A Drive Through Mountain of Giant Cacti [ Saguaro National Park, Arizona ]

Covering 92,000 acre (37,000 ha) the park consist of two separate areas- Tucson Mountain District (West) and Rincon Mountain District (East). The park gets its name from the Saguaro (Carnegiea gigantea), a large cactus that is native to the Sonoran Desert. Saguaro cacti can grow up to 40 to 60 feet tall but despite their size it grows slowly, about 1 to 2 inches for the first 8 years. It can live up to more than 200 years.

[ 360 VR with Gauges] Lake Pontchartrain Causeway [ Longest Over Water Bridge in the World since 1969 ]

The causeway is composed of two bridges crossing Lake Pontchartrain in Southern Louisiana. The southern end is in Metairie, Louisiana. The northern end is in Mandeville, Louisiana. Since 1969, it was listed in the Guinness World Book of Records as the longest continuous over water bridge in the world. The bridges are supported by 9,500 piles. The causeways have never sustained major damage of any sort from hurricanes or other natural occurences, a rarity among causeways.
