SINDIKET PELACURAN 'OUTCALL GIRL' TUMPAS

Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM) telah berjaya menumpaskan satu sindiket pelacuran ‘outcall girl’ dalam satu Operasi Khas dijalankan pada 5 Januari 2024 di 3 lokasi sekitar Kuala Lumpur. Operasi bermula pada jam 8.00 malam melibatkan sepasukan pegawai dan anggota pelbagai pangkat dari Bahagian Perisikan dan Operasi Khas, Ibu Pejabat Imigresen Putrajaya.

Operasi ini dijalankan berdasarkan aduan dan risikan yang dijalankan oleh Bahagian Perisikan dan Operasi Khas, Ibu Pejabat Imigresen Putrajaya selama 2 minggu. Berdasarkan maklumat yang diperolehi, pasukan operasi telah diatur gerak ke premis dan menahan 32 orang perempuan warganegara Indonesia, 13 orang perempuan warganegara Thailand, 3 orang perempuan warganegara Vietnam dan seorang lelaki warganegara Afghanistan berusia 18 hingga 36 tahun. Manakala seorang lelaki warganegara Malaysia berusia 34 tahun yang dipercayai sebagai transporter dan 2 orang lelaki warganegara Malaysia sebagai penjaga premis berusia 35 hingga 44 tahun turut ditahan. Jumlah keseluruhan yang telah ditahan adalah seramai 52 orang.

Hasil semakan awal mendapati 8 orang perempuan warganegara Thailand yang ditahan memiliki Pas Lawatan Sosial (PLS) yang masih sah laku, manakala warganegara asing yang lain tidak memiliki sebarang dokumen perjalanan atau pas yang sah untuk berada di negara ini.

Pasukan operasi telah merampas sejumlah kondom, peralatan seks, 8 naskhah pasport Thailand, wang tunai sebanyak RM300.00, tuala, peralatan kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) dan sebuah kenderaan Perodua Axia.

Modus operandi sindiket ini adalah melakukan promosi wanita warganegara asing dengan menggunakan foto-foto mereka melalui aplikasi Telegram dan WhatsApp. Wanita warganegara asing yang dipilih akan diuruskan penghantarannya ke hotel atau tempat yang dikehendaki pelanggan melalui setiap pesanan melalui seorang lelaki warganegara Malaysia yang berperanan sebagai transporter. Bayaran yang dikenakan ke atas pelanggan antara RM400.00 hingga RM1,200.00 mengikut pakej yang disediakan oleh sindiket dan dipercayai sindiket telah beroperasi selama 1 tahun. Transaksi bayaran yang dilakukan pelanggan adalah melalui tunai atau secara dalam talian sebelum outcall girl diserahkan kepada pelanggan.

Kesemua warganegara asing ditahan kerana disyaki telah melakukan kesalahan di bawah Akta Imigresen 1959/63, Akta Pasport 1966 dan Peraturan-peraturan Imigresen 1963 dan ditahan di Depot Imigresen Semenyih, Selangor. Manakala seorang lelaki warganegara Malaysia ditahan kerana disyaki melakukan kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 55E Akta Imigresen 1959/63 dan 2 orang lelaki warganegara Malaysia ditahan kerana disyaki melakukan kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 56(1)(d) Akta Imigresen 1959/63. Seramai 5 orang lelaki warganegara Malaysia diberikan Notis untuk hadir ke pejabat bagi membantu siasatan.

Jabatan akan meneruskan tindakan tegas ke atas mana-mana pihak yang didapati melakukan kesalahan di bawah Akta Imigresen 1959/63, Akta Pasport 1966, Peraturan-peraturan Imigresen 1963 dan Akta Anti Pemerdagangan Orang dan Penyeludupan Migran 2007 (ATIPSOM).
