For us it’s these 3 ⬇️
1. Getting along - I know it may be obvious, but I feel it’s something that can easily be overlooked. Jen is my absolute best friend and we can 100% be ourselves with each other. It’s crazy that we never ever get annoyed or tired of each other and I wouldn’t have it any other way 💛
2. Laughing together - Whether they’re small chuckles or big belly tears of laughter moments, the fact that we can always make each other laugh or even crack a smile in the middle of an argument is huge for us 🩵
3. Having intimate moments - Feel like this one people shy away from talking about, but honestly having quality time and making the space for intimacy is huge. We’ve had moments where we didn’t prioritize our intimacy with one another and it definitely takes a toll. One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is to make sure that intimacy always remains important and that we don’t get complacent. Sparks fade if you don’t keep them alive peeps and we don’t want none of that ✨❤️

Joshua tree is a must visit, although I was absolutely scared of the coyotes coming out on us at night, it was such a beautiful park. Not a sound around the stars popping out & just away from the mist of it all.
We would love to come again and explore more of the park, have you ever visited Joshua tree? 👀

We met at 16 and we had so much learning to do, we chose to learn together. To this day we are still learning how to be better for each other. What matters is that we keep choosing to do so, always. 🪴💛

Sometimes it doesn’t come naturally. You don’t wake up every day of your life in a good mood, that’s just not normal. Sometimes you wake up groggy, you wake up moody, you wake up super sensitive. And that’s okay. But if you don’t want to have a bad day, you have to CHOOSE to have a good day instead. You have to feed energy into the positive instead of the negative. You have to have lots of patience and grace with yourself. But really the most important part is accepting that it’s okay to not be at your 100 and sometimes simply knowing that can help you feel 10x better ✨🌈
