🥣 We kinda had had a early Independence Day celebration 🇳🇦 because on Monday we go our ways😅

🍽 The roasted Chicken Drumsticks were served with Damara slaai but the Private school version with butter fried frozen green Beans topped with cheese 🧀

🥣Yes,we know that well marinated meat is always the best but it’s not everyday that you have time on your hands 😅

Marinated these Chicken drumsticks overnight and I must admit it was better than any Chicken Franchises

The main Spice was the Lemon and herbs with loads of Garlic. Drizzled in some oil and gave it a rub. The next day it was oven roasted @180 fir an hour. You’ve got to keep a piece of foil loose on top to prevent the herbs from charring.

Wanted it on the coals but the price of wood went up. It cost 3 times the price of the Drumsticks so I wasn’t sure if we will eat the coals or meat?

Government is becoming strict in protecting the air…

🌻 Most of our problems today are because we want a to live a life better than we had growing up, but the main problem is that we want it done FAST FAST...

Do you have the money for that or you are going to go on your knees bleeding in Prophetic Churches, sell your Soul or become a fly by night Politician with a briefcase???

All of that destroyed the society we live in today.

Shredded 2 Chicken breast and placed it into ramekins and made Chicken Shepherds Pie🥧 and drizzled it with a buttery Chicken Gravy.

Today I was in a whole mood of Homemaking.
..🍽Served with a fried Eggplant🍆 and a Rocket salad🥗

🥣 Today I just had to boil up some veggies as I cleaned theVeggie drawers. And I threw some ribs in the oven. Had to make it sticky with some Honey 🍯 & Mustard sauce.

🍽Kale & Mushrooms and Potato with some Aromat. If you find Aromat you’ve got to treasure it.

Today’s Brunch and only meal tor the day. That Pap will keep me full for days. I just made the pap and spinach today.

Surprisingly, everyone couldn’t wait to get up and get to the leftovers. Even the little one who said they will only take one egg got up to get the last one😅

Busy Wednesday. Been on my feet after my morning walk.

Today’s Menu is Venison as the main ingredient. Since it’s rich just just taste wild I’ve incorporated some cooking Bacon.

Formed the balls and pressed it down whilst it was frying.

It was then served with Chips and fried Mozzarella cheese balls. All homemade.

I think I hear my bed calling me👂🏻 Adios💋
