INGREDIENTS:

BULLET:

1 can of condensed milk

1-Brigadeiro prestige

Ingredients

Brigadeiro's mass:
1 can of condensed milk
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
1 spoon (dessert) of butter or margarine
Filling:
100g grated coconut
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water
Method of preparation:
Brigadeiro mass

Preparation
*Attention: The secret to getting a perfect brigadeiro just follow the order below:
1) Put the condensed milk in a thick pan and add the flour and stir well to incorporate, this procedure should be done with the cold pan, not yet to put on the fire !!!!!!
2) Add the white chocolate and lemon zest and mix well with the still cold pan and only then bring to medium heat and stir without stopping.
*ATTENTION: Since this is a gourmet brigadeiro it will not release from the pan like the
Traditional brigadeiro, so the right point of this brigadeiro is when you take it with the spatula and it falls forming peaks, or when you rolls the pan and it easily releases.
3) Put this brigadeiro on a dish greased with margarine and put an own plastic bag for food purposes on top of the still hot brigadeio! Let it cool overnight out of the refrigerator so that it gets a good consistency to curl. It will not form cone, will not form drops of water. It will be perfect!
4) Grease your hand with unsalted margarine and make a large brigadeiro ball and then open and put a square from brownie and wrap it carefully and form a ball again.
5) Play this ball on a plate with chocolate confectionery, or the crumbly brownie or coverage of your own and then put it in pans.
*The brigadeiro pasta lasts a maximum of 7 days.
* Yield: approximately: 40 units

6-Brigabrownie of Sicilian Lemon

Brownie
170 g of dark chocolate
115 g of butter
25 g Cocoa powder

Preparation
Better to do a day before.
