Hey Sis! What does it mean to have clarity?

1. the quality of being coherent and intelligible.
2. the quality of transparency or purity.

I don’t know about you, but struggle tremendously with clarity. One minute I’m clear and confident and the next I feel like I’m walking blindly.

I realized the best place to be is #2. To be transparent with God and spilling every bit of where you are mentally, emotionally and even spiritually, is EVERYTHING you will need to gain clarity.

Example: Lord I’m emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted. Spiritual I’m not even close to having a relationship with you as I should but in this season I need ALL of you. I’m not sure where to start but I need clarity in ___________ (You fill in the blanks).

I pray you ALL receive the clarity you need to move forward confidently in whatever area you need it the most.

Hey Hey Hey!!! I started the You Are Movement back in 2011....well...in my journal that is 🙈. 5am just me, my rich bustelo with boiled milk aka Café con Leche (issa Puerto Rican thang 🤪), pen and journal. However, 2021, God has placed a sense of urgency to release positive energy out there and share my journey. I want to hear other testimony’s as well. I believe God is going to show out!!! Every time I read the word self-awareness there was an immediate sense of lack in confidence. I could never really pin point why. My personality didn't reflect lack of confidence at all; therefore, I couldn't understand why this word made me pause internally. That is when writing in my journals started.

noun: self-awareness
conscious knowledge of one's own character, feelings, motives, and desires.

To unpack: Character, Feelings, Motives and Desire.....whoa! I don't know about you, but to me, this can take a life time depending on what season of your life you are in. However, I have learned that we can build a solid foundation that if we allow ourselves to be moved by certain circumstances that rock our feelings and emotions, test our character etc. We are still in it to win it because our foundation is built on something greater than any circumstance.

When you read this scripture, what speaks to your heart?

Scripture is so important to read over and over again. Let's just keep it real....not always do we carry around a clean heart. Therefore, scripture can reroute us when we are not in a place of peace to remind us that we have access to the word RESET. In Christ we can reset as many times necessary to heal our wounds.

Today, I encourage you to meditate on this word and ask God to give you clarity in the areas that are not bringing peace to your heart.

In order for us to reach the next level in our lives and be all that God has created us to be, we must start to cleanse the heart.

Did you know there are good routines and bad routines? I like to say, routines are good until they’re not! Get into the habit of allowing yourself to make room to be creative, think outside the box and LIVE! Many times, we create rituals and form habits that come naturally without having to think twice about it. Although routines make us feel productive, we also almost become robotic if you will. So much so, our minds disconnect from wanting to try new things and venture out.

Today we want to encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and be all that you were created to be.
