PLAYCHAT S2 is 1 WEEK AWAY! Perfect time to introduce our first Season 2 Guest and PlayChat Producer, Sydney Steger! Sydney Steger (she/her) is a third year student at Boston University studying International Relations with specializations in Asia and International Systems and World Order. She is originally from Hooksett, NH, and met the rest of the Playchat Pod team at Pinkerton Academy. She is a former actress, looking to go into the international political sphere, but is excited to stay close to the arts through working with Playchat! She is a lover of calligraphy, stationary, Model UN, and her french bulldog, Mathilde. Sydney will be joining us to talk about the benefits of her theatrical training outside of the professional theatre industry. Stream to hear Syd's brilliance on 1.31!

With the start of the new season upon us, we thought we'd reintroduce ourselves. This is co-host Sam Griffin, third year student at Columbia College Chicago pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance. is an actor, writer, and soon to be published playwright, working between her hometown of Derry, New Hampshire and Chicago, Illinois. Some of her favorite projects include "Little Women: The Musical" (Meg March, ) and writing for the Columbia College's 24-Hour Play Festival ( ) . She's currently revising a short play which will be published through collaboration with the University of Greenwich, her second publication as a writer. Sam is a Virgo, a relatively new but committed MCU fan, and believes apple juice is better than most other drinks. One of Sam's 2022 resolutions is to spend more time outdoors💜☔️☮️

This is co-host Emma Cahoon, second year student in the Boston Univeristy School of Theatre pursuing a BFA in Theatre Arts and a minor in Arts Leadership. is an actor, director and aspiring writer, having worked with various theatre companies throughout NH & New England. Her favorite theatrical projects to date have included "Little Women: The Musical" (Amy March, ) and "The Penelopiad" by Margaret Atwood (Maid, ) and Emma currently serves as an Administrative Assistant Intern in Booking Department. Emma is a Ta**us, a huge Gilmore girls fan and considers a close and personal friend of hers. One of Emma's 2022 resolutions is to read 15+ new plays this year⭐️✨🤩💛
