Sharing a few pieces of my experience in China. I had extensive experience with learning past 10 days, which could take years to understand.
It's almost 10 days, 7 cities, met more than 3 dozen people while being in China.
🔹 They know how to do business, how to invest in business, and how to build business relations.
🔹 They're up for collaboration. Their flexibility of dealings for making a customer is so high.
🔹 You have to introduce yourself in the best manner. Pakistanis are usually considered as small traders. So it takes much to introduce yourself on another level. (I'll write this up in detail)
🔹 They're on time. And they respect being on time.
🔹 Their contracts, tactics, and some business practices are shady. So you gotta make sure of making the right terms with them considering all legalities, patents and copyrights. Because it causes problems when business grows.
🔹 I mostly live in my own bubble. And do not compare myself to others. But one thing I heard the most is, that they love my brain. I am scared they may take it out and eat it (Kidding 😅)
🔹 China is a completely different world. They have their own everything, and you have to understand their system and culture live and collaborate with them.
🔹 They're modernized and filthy Rich but Chinese people have principles and values and they really mean it. And they respect people of values.
🔹 Hospitality is on another level. They always want you to be happy with a full belly.
🔹 Human life isn't very much important here unlike West. Just an example, people don't bother to stop their cars for pedestrain.
🔹 Most Generation Z and Millennials are non believers. They say the Chinese believe in Money and Luck. On a lighter note, someone said, Chinese believe in Republic.
🔹 Chinese love money, more than anyone else :P, so make sure you show them Sabaz Bagh while making deals.
🔹 They enjoy food, they talk about it, discuss it, and make most out of it on dining.
🔹 Millennials and Generation Z are completely different from the definition of Chinese in books.
🔹 They call me Patiya (Pakistani Brother)
