Strengthening the mind/body/spirit connection 🧘🏾♂️ #Yoga and qigong have helped me find so much grounding and presence - letting go of thoughts and worries, and choosing to be present in movement & breath really makes me appreciate having a healthy able-body and just life in general 🕉 I find moments of inspiration when I push my body and do things I used to never think were possible - like standing on my head or doing dozens of push-ups - and I feel that as my body gets stronger, I'm able to push myself more in other ways💛 15min flow -> 45sec
Channeling the elements, mother nature and the birds (sound on!🐦) while moving and meditating on love, light & healing 💛 Every day and every flow is different, but practicing #qigong and listening to my body and the world around me helps me stay centered. We are energetic beings!
