I want to lose 30 lbs this year… that's what you told yourself this year, last year, and the year before that. My question for you is how many times are you going to keep telling yourself that I'm going to do it this year? How many times are going to start and give up? how many times are you going to tell your friends, kids, and your loved ones that this year I'm going to lose the weight and then not do anything about it?
Listen I get it, life happens. There are things that we can control and there are things that we can’t control. Guess what losing that weight, you can control, setting 45-1hr a day every day to go to the gym, you can control, or 45-1hr a day at least 3 days a week, you can control.
Are you going to finally stick to your words this year and reach that goal weight you have been wanting or are you going to let everyone go past you while you stay in the same place?
The choice is yours, what's it going to be?
