If you are a seafarer who enjoys recreating Tik-Tok trends and dances, then the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) invites you to join the Tik-Tok Dance Challenge Competition!
The contest is open to all Filipino seafarers who can produce TikTok videos featuring footage taken while they are on-board domestic or international vessels.
This challenge is in line with the Celebration of the Day of the Filipino Seafarer which will be held on 25 June 2021 and aims to showcase .
The following are the guidelines for the Seafarerβs Tik-Tok Dance Challenge:
1. Tik-Tok Dance Challenge is open to all Filipino Seafarers and should have been taken while on-board domestic or international vessel.
2. Participants shall only be composed of a minimum of three (3) to five (5) seafarers.
3. The video must run for 45 to 60 seconds only.
4. Participants must create ANY dance cover reflecting the hashtag .
5. Entries must not be offensive, rude, defamatory and racist. Any entries which the judges deemed inappropriate will be invalidated.
6. Submission of entries shall be sent to [email protected] (with Subject: TIK-TOK DANCE CHALLENGE OF SEAFARERS) on or before June 21, 2021, stating the following information:
-Name of the Tik-Tok Group:
-Names of Participating Seafarers:
-Email Address and Contact Number of one of the members:
-Name of the Vessel:
The top 5 finalists will be featured on the MARINA page, while the announcement of the winners will be done on 25 June 2021.
