Novel Ideas Magazine is the first EVER “Smart Magazine” for children and is being put into publication by Essence Transmedia Publications. Since more and more children are becoming integrated with cell phones and other devices, we thought that it would be a good idea to take that opportunity to use their own devices to keep them safely entertained and educate them at the same time.
That's what the test run of Novel Ideas is all about. If it is successful in its first month it will have a similar structure but with different content. This issue has six focal points, and each subject will be explored, for example, practical application exercises, and any other way we think would help a child retain the lesson better.
And while we will be vigorously vetting and testing every website link that is created into a QR code and published into this magazine we still highly encourage all parents and guardians to participate in all of the lessons with their children. While we can do our due diligence, we cannot guarantee that any of the websites might change their policies at any given time, but if it looks sketchy, I look elsewhere.
For the month of August, the magazine we'll focus on these six subjects…
Respect,
Health & Fitness,
Interaction Skills,
Preparation Practices,
“What If”,
And
Scientific Exploration.
The target demographic of readers for this magazine will be the age group of 6- to 10-year-olds.
Again, if this is successful, it will be undergoing a lot of changes to stay current with what's important and I will be taking advice and constant feedback from all clients…
