Application for the cooking competition

Dear Okwulora,

I am Oluomachi Ogbuinya from Ohaukwu L.G.A of Ebonyi state, based in Lagos. I'm writing to make known my interest in the forthcoming cooking competition.
I'm passionate about cooking, and my favourite meals to make are Igbo delicacies because ours is the best.
It will be a great opportunity to participate in this competition - to showcase the Igbo heritage.

Welcoming all my amazing new & old followers!!🥳🥳

Posted an 'Open' tag photo 8th of November,2020.
The plan was to start selling food in soups & bowls, it wasn't going as planned, still isn't, & that's on my state, Abakaliki is limiting me!!!.

Anyways, in April, I started posting recipes here, I wasn't consistent, I was in school & I wasn't cooking at school & which meant no recipes to post.

Sha, sometime in August I decided to be more consistent & intentional.

Beans with potateesss🥳

The sweet potatoes were pan fried on low heat for an hour, flip potatoes severally, to let it cook evenly & properly. The potatoes are soft on the inside, crusty & a bit yellowish on the outside if properly cooked.

After everything was stirred(vegetable inclusive), it was left on low heat for 5minutes to enhance the flavour better😍😍

All used:
Iron beans
Sweet potatoes
Palm oil
Salt
Seasoning
Onions
Pepper
Ugu leaves (optional) & can be substituted with ụtazi
