Active Listening is one of the most potent skills one must possess as a leader. Listening ordinary would help anyone build trust and foster loyalty. It lets others know that they are essential and valuable, as well as the importance of what they have to say.

Active listening also gives leaders insight and makes them more mindful of the stress and tension points of those they lead. It encourages more robust communication between leaders and the people and brings them together through engagement.

The listening ability can vary from person to person. But for anyone with excellent interpretation skills, listening is about focus, understanding, and looking at things from the perspective of depth for the greater good of the people.

Pst. Umo Eno, having served years as an Interpreter at the pulpit, has mastered with proficiency, the skill of active listening which is highly required for people-centered leadership. The art of listening for instant interpretation to the audience is not a job for low-brainers or persons with distorted thought processes but a tasky job for the most intelligent and focused minds.

As the next Governor of the State, Pastor Eno will not only lead by example but will do so by actively paying attention to the needs of the People and by understanding them and formulating policies that will address the needs of all Akwa Ibomites.

He will actively listen more to the cries of our mothers and fathers, the yearning of the youths, the groans of retirees, the moans of business owners, and the concerns of all the good people of Akwa Ibom State.

DEAR YOUTHS LET PASTOR UMO ENO'S LIFE STORY INSPIRE YOU. (Part 1)
He got married at the of 22, the Dad died at the age of 23. At this point, life was so cruel to him bcoz he had his Mother, 5 siblings and also wife's 5 siblings to take care of. His little salary always finish b4 he could say "Jack" bcoz of the massive responsibility on his head
Howbeit, as a determined and hardworking young man and a man that greatly feared God, he did not allow the hopeless situation to frustrate and wear him down. Some of us at this point would have dwelled on constant complaints asking God questions up and down. Some impatient ones into ritual killings. To the excuse lovers, we would have magnified the situation and make it a major reason we can't make it in life but this wasn't the case of Pastor Umo Eno. He rather believed and served God the more. Worked harder and harder and God who has always been the Orchestrator of his life gradually saw him through.
The Devil is never tired of playing pranks; Always looking for ways to frustrate the children of God to make them take their eyes off their goal. Brethren, these hatred and constant accusation of Pastor Umo Eno from some quarters didn't start today. Some of you just ignorantly inherit it without any concrete and self convicted reasons. You just act based on "dem say dem say" and misplaced "perception" Bcoz God's favour rose him through the ranks rapidly wherever he stepped his feet to work, people hated him. If he wasn't rooted in Christ, he would have been killed long ago...

WHO IS REALLY USING THE NAME OF GOD IN VAIN?

Pastor Umo Eno as the name implies is indeed an outstanding man of God. All through his life experiences has been God all the way. He has been preaching about God over the years. If you take God out, then there is no Umo Eno.
He will always say if God cannot bless him then let no man bless him. His life is a testimony of God's undiluted Grace and faithfulness because according to him, if someone told him He will get to this level in life, he would never believe it. So his story is a very big lesson to the youth. The formula is fear and serve God wholeheartedly and work very hard and you can achieve greatness.
It now beats my imagination when some Ignoramus try to shut down anyone that attach God to matters that concerns Pastor Umo Eno. Some clearly stated that "we should stop using the name of God in vain" Interesting! Vain???
To whom it may concern, I am happy that every Aspirants uses the name of God in their consultations so Him alone will prove to us who is really using His name in vain. That is settled.
Now I implore we shun looking out for flimsy excuses to nail a person instead let's focus on personality, capability and the vision of the Candidate.
