Over the last several months, Aaron and I have been working on something special that we're so excited to share with you. We're happy to share "Writing My Way Out: A Journal and Guided Workbook for Leaving The United States". We've spent countless hours reflecting on our own move abroad- thinking of the questions we had and where we found the answers, the resources we came across, the resources we wish we would have had, and how we can share everything we know now with our many friends and family members that have expressed that they too would like to make the move to live their lives overseas.

If you know us, you know that we are avid journalers. Something that really helped us stay grounded and organized during our moving process (and all periods of transition) has been to journal. Having one place to keep our thoughts, fears, information, accomplishments, etc. has been pivotal in our success of leaving the United States.

Over the 100+ pages in this journal, we've carefully crafted several questions, prompts, checklists, facts, and resources for helping you stay organized and motivated in your journey towards living your life abroad. Chapters include: personal reflection, imagination, money, motivations & considerations, and more!

We really hope that this will help mobilize many of you in your own journeys towards thriving in your life abroad- wherever you should choose to end up!

I contemplated posting this photo for months because the fact is- y’all hate to see fat bodies existing and thriving, unapologetically! But guess what? I’m here to live my life and enjoy it. F^€k what anyone else has to say.

Let’s acknowledge the fact that we all grew up under toxic and unhealthy diet culture. Let’s acknowledge the fact that fat is not a bad word. Let me repeat, FAT IS NOT A BAD WORD!! Let’s acknowledge the fact that no two bodies are alike, and we shouldn’t love them any less. This body has gotten me through 29 (mind you business) years of trials, tribulations, celebrations, and accomplishments. And I’m forever grateful. Sorry, not sorry if it doesn’t meet your standards.

Tonight before you go to bed, I want you to do yourself a favor and say thank you to your body. Talk nice to your body and acknowledge all you’ve been through together. Apologize to your body for the harmful things you’ve said about it, and vow to love it with each coming day. It’s almost 2023 babes, we’re living good over here. Breaking generational curses and unlearning the harmful and hurtful stories we’ve been taught about ourselves. No room for negativity, doubt, or self-doubt.
