With 2020 slowly coming to an end, it's time to start considering the approach for the next year. Not a single stream happened over the course of 2020, despite my hopes for getting in at least one a month. As with many things this year, life just sort of... got in the way.
That said, many of the things that were interfering with my ability to stream this year have been sorted out now. Of course, that's no guarantee new things won't interfere, but that's just how things go sometimes. No sense in dwelling on the what-if and missing out on chances in the process.
With December already here and less than a month left before the year is over, I want to get in at least one stream this month. More details on that will be posted once the project goes live.
And as for 2021, my plans are the same as they were when I made the channel/page. I'll choose a different charity for each month, and do my best to do at least one stream per month to raise money for it. If I can do more than one, then great, but I'm wary of guaranteeing it, given health concerns to be mindful of. But one is at least better than none, and I'll settle for that right now.
So! With all of that sorted for the time being, it's time for me to finalize my plans for the December stream and get this party started. Here's to ending 2020 the right way. Cheers.
