Happy Birthday to my sister, my soul twin, and my biggest cheerleader. 💛I love how we don’t need to say anything to know what the other one is thinking. We have a bond like no other! Fueled by the High Protein Life 🙌 same body, same calories - the change to recomp my physique (lose fat and gain muscle) ….. introduced x4 strength training sessions per week and increased my protein to 160g. How did I do this? made it easy - one Protein Pudding a day and one Battlebites Protein Bar has meant I easily hit 40g of protein with no fuss! I look forward to eating my pudding and protein bar so much, it’s like a delicious treat that leaves me feeling so good 😎 I am actually not sure how I would go back to not having these high protein treats in my life.

Here is a simple summary of how I hit my protein:
- 2 eggs for breakfast, 2 Babybel light cheese and 100g smoked sliced chicken (Protein: 40g)
- 100g tinned tuna and 200g Greek yogurt (Protein: 40g)
- Protein Pudding (Protein: 20g)
- 150g extra lean mince (Protein: 40g)
- Battlebites Protein Bar (Protein: 20g)

Bought this cute hat today and told he needs to flex his photography skills for me, he didn’t do a bad job? 😉😍👏

I woke up feeling so blessed and grateful for all the amazing opportunities I have been given, for the people that love me so much and show up in every way and for my health which I’ll never take for granted. Practicing gratitude seems like such a small practice that everyone talks about but it has been something I know has made me a more present and content person ❤️

I’m loving my strength workouts and I have been pushing my running fitness this year, for the ladies asking here is my training split:

Monday - Pilates & 45min Interval run
Tuesday - Upper Body & 30min hot girl walk
Wednesday - Lower Body & 20min Stepper
Thursday - Interval Run, 60min
Friday - Upper Body & 30min hot girl walk
Saturday - Padel Padel Padel
Sunday - Lower Body (Heavy)

I do weighted Core at least 4 times a week as well.

And PS. I eat a lot! Haha! I’ll share an example of what I eat in a day if anyone is interested 🙌
